Okay so, I tried these and I just wanted to let people know what they should expect. - firstly this takes 15 mins not 5 unless you don’t count getting ingredients ready and mixing. - once done you should take out of pan and put on a plate ( warm or cold) and put your pan in some water to soak!! - the final result, for me, was very floury and not very pleasant. I added cocoa powder and sprinkes to add flavour and a nicer texture… this made it taste better but still floury and only edible in small portions. -by all means still try this just remember that these could be possible results. :)
No you can’t. They’re completely different. Glutinous rice flour will give it a chewy texture. All purpose flour will probably turn it into a hard, dense cookie ball.
Never again! That was just too many dishes and time for 3 left over egg yolks! 😣🥚🍳 I regret following this recipe. I should have made an eggnog or something. And the result isn't even worth it, just munching on yellow, buttery flour.

Use glutenous rice flour
These need almond flour instead and vanilla extract at the end; they're slightly marzipan-y but not quite there
