@@abhyarthanahazarika1583 hi there! I know the struggle completely!! I use the St. Ives himalayan pink salt body wash. I mix two drops of dettol whilst using it. Initially I was so happy with the results that I started mixing dettol everyday, it backfired. So now I use it in my body wash twice a week. ( I guess you can mix it with any body wash) . I also use retinol on my back once in a week. And yes the game changer has been the deconstruct breakout control serum that I have used religiously everyday except on the days when I use retinol. The only issue being that you will require a lot of it.. But trust me it has been worth it! So basically I started doing for my back ( and face) what Rubina would suggest for the face and voila😇 the acne is completely gone but the marks are still there. My dermatologist gave me isotroin tablets for 1 month bcz i had acne on my face and back. When i started using my skin and hair felt so nice. All acne had gone, my skin looked youthfull, my hairfall had stopped, my hair was silky and straight. All of a sudden it felt magical but after i stopped eating the tablet things got worst. Hair thinning happened, open pores etc. I never had open pores in my life but after isotroin i got open pores😭. The thing is isotroin hold my skin tight after stopping it, it made my skin loose. Never ever going to use isotroin im even happy with my acne .

for difference in color - it cannot be helped as the sun radiation does make tanning severe on the face. stay out of the sun as much as possible...it will slowly change in some cases.

I literally gave up on all the foods which I loved turned vegan for a year, worked out got into shape, no harmonal imbalance, a basic skincare routine, but nothing really worked for my acne, some or the other skincare product doesn't work for me and then I'm back to basics again. Still on the hunt for the right products which work and are economical for me. So it's a PROCESS, and thankyou for putting information out there to choose from!

Hi Anjali, I actually had a client with just the same scenario. She stayed a vegan for 2 years, with a very active lifestyle and the acne just did not resolve. She then co incidentally changed states and within a few months her acne started resolving. Apparently some factors that dont get discussed very openly in acne care is the fact that high fluoride can cause acne- we discovered it accidentally too. So using filtered water or RO water might be something you wanna consider? I am ofcourse shooting in the dark since I dont know anything else about your stituation but I thought this might help?
      cheers and hugs...

    • @anjalii710

@@RubinaSkincare I will surely consider using filtered water in my skincare, I have oily skin type! I mostly have whiteheads and a few pimples which I'm scared would tunr in scars as I'm in late 20's ! I'm allergic to aloe juice which these days most of the serums have as their base, then I recently found out about deconstruct and started using their pore control serum recently with a simple hydrating light moisturizer which seems too heavy for me to show the serum it's effects! I'm also using reequil ultra matte sunscreen with it!
