More alcohol are needed to reach the minimum requirement of 60% . 0.66*0.7 = 0.4662 thats 46% of alcohol only. To make it work with 70% alcohol base you will need 9 part alcohol and 1 part juice to creat a 63% solution. (0.9*0.7 = 0.63).
Although this was both fun and entertaining to watch, there are DOZENS of Aloe Vera gel products that you can get in the store. Look in the beauty aisle. Also remember that when you mix stuff with the alcohol, you will be reducing it's percentage. I always use 90%.

I would read up to see how effective it is. I’m not totally sure but I’m guessing not as much as bleach or commercial disinfectant. Check out my other video. Might help.
The constancy don’t look right as it dilutes the alcohol the 90% proof would have been better.I read somewhere for 1 cup of 70% alcohol you mix 5 teaspoons of aloe Vera gel but this is interesting.
When they first open in the morning You have to be there 15 minutes before they open and in line. I have managed to find alcohol,peroxide, hand sanitizer, hand soap, and disinfectant sprays.
Your alcohol was to weak to be effective. The final solution must be 60% alcohol. You should have used your 90% alcohol which would have kept it above 60%.
Your concentration does not equal a 60% alcohol based hand sanitizer. You’d need to use 9/10 of the 70% alcohol and 1/10 aloe to get a 60% alcohol base hand sanitizer. Your end result is well under the 60 % that is recommended to kill the Coronavirus. It’s not the percentage of alcohol that you start with that needs to be 60% or higher, it your end result that needs to be 60% or higher.
