    How good is the west coast! Landbased snapper especially on lures and a pannie like that is an awesome effort not to mention groper too!!
    Also I’m gonna take a bit of credit for the use of the trickswimz here ;)

      I knew I'd never hear the end of it once you found out I was using a TrickSwimZ 🤣🤣🤣🤣

      @@JEFFISHHahaha 😂😂, they’re a great versatile plastic for sure. By the look of the fish you’re getting into you could easily go a bigger plastic again but man trickswimz was killing them 👌

      @@mattmartin6997 My thoughts exactly at the time and its why i switched up to a 7inch Bait Junkie Jerkshad as my main lure for the last few months I was there.

    Hows the fishing in Whyalla, port agusta and port pirie these days?

    • @JEFFISH
      @JEFFISH  Год назад +1

      Whyalla is dead as usual. Port Augusta had an awesome kingfish season last year and Pirie is pretty darn good in general for most things

      @@JEFFISH Thanks for your reply.You've just done me a blast from the past.I worked at BHP as an apprentice boilermaker in 1962.Never did make it to Port Lincoln,which I regret.Is the Tuna farming and fishing still going strong in Port Lincoln?Used to watch the Blueys on the edge of the beach in Whyalla in the breeding season,they sretched for more than a mile.
      I'm in Manchester UK now.

      About 30mins North out of town. The national park gave me similar results when you get to around the hard to reach rocky cliffs near the points.
