Another tool that no one seems to mention, is Yumi. It doesn't even have to be installed on the computer, it operates on the desktop. You just select which distros to add, and it does it all on the desktop. Discovered it a few days ago, it is a complete game changer.

Great job Dude. I find that the reason that OSes are missing is because of spaces in the name. Just rename the file and take out the space and you will be fine. The app does not like that.
Thank you so much! It was exactly what I needed to install Ubuntu on my new laptop which I purchased without an OS. Before it just complained about missing licenses when I tried to use a normal flash stick with the Ubuntu on it.
I've just found and tried easy2boot, it works as well. Now I'm curious if I can take virtualbox image and boot from it, i haven't tried it yet, but having completely portable OS would be nice.

I believe Android-x86 itself will be good. You just need to prepare a partition of any size you want, install it and it will take that whole newly made partition size
If you are not using EXT4 partition then the default settings will be 2GB, it is must on a separate partition(you can create it on windows and format it to EXT4 on the x86 installation wizard so the entire partition will taken)
i dont know but im guessing the more OSs you want to have in a single stick the more storage u need for example i would assign a minimum of 10 gb for each OS
should had test to the end, windows will fail to install if using usb 3 and almost all linux from the tested list will fail to boot if not used in same machine as the ones that tested it...
don't bother using ventoy on installing WinXP...it won't work!....you can use Easy2Boot v2.04..it supports WinXP installation...follow the steps and WinXP will be installed...just put the ISO in the correct folder.
@@motorokrDS yeah, virtual machines do an okay job but unfortunately don't function as real installation of Windows, so I tend to run into issues with virtual machines on some games.

Didn't even know ventoy existed and i only randomly found your video if i didnt i probably be stuck in linux still for the 4th day trying to find a way to install windows 10. I know very little about linux and having to install a bunch of programs just to install windows and a bunch of coding just to do intalling wine or woe......i love you windows

this app works well but only if you have enough ram on the computer you are gonna use it on as it mounts the ISO to the memory so if you try and mount 5gb Windows 10 iso and you only have 4GB of ram it would fail to mount properly and you wont be able to actually install the OS successfully so this is only useful on machines that have enough ram on it.

Thank you for a very simple yet thorough explanation. So to sum it up, we just need to format the usb flash drive using ventoy and then copy any supported iso into it? This is great stuff! Gone are the days where we need multiple usb flash drives

Depends in the size of iso files. Ubuntu was 5GB. MOST around 3-5GB. So five OS might need 25GB plus. 32GB or greater USB DRIVE is best.
Why does everyone skip the secureboot setup in ventoy if you don't you have to go into BIOS and disable secureboot 🤦🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️✌🏼

I tried it but i had some troubles to boot Windows XP. I think it's better to do a Virtual Machine with XP.

Why did you not show the OS booting from the USB stick? It seems like this is a USB installation disk able to hold multiple OSs. Nothing more.
