I love how they say peanut butter and jelly don't go well together, when in the US we literally have a saying where anything that matches, or if a couple is cute together, we say they're "like peanut butter and jelly"
@@thesaop8476 I think it depends on the region, but you're right. I've been in Taiwan a while now and still haven't gotten used to how they view red beans and green beans as dessert haha

The food isn’t just for toddlers and elementary kids. Idk about you but I like capri sun, lunchables, and some of the other foods. Those r great to pack for school lunches especially if u don’t have very long to eat and/or if u don’t buy the school lunches. Also FYI I’m not a toddler or an elementary kid.
I love those blue drinks haha, very nostalgic. Our school served milk every day. We Americans like our nuclear colored sweets, though our parents don't. I think it is fun to the kids here.
I really like how they’re concerned about the healthy ness from the snacks. I’m actually curious to the snacks these people eat on a regular basis or from their country. Just to see the cultural differences!
Yea lots of preserved food like jerky of everything, rice crackers, dumplings, you can get almost anything real fast as a snack in Asian and pretty cheap too.
SnooKappa They can speak in English. Just because they made one small mistake doesn’t mean they can’t speak it. And obviously they’re better than you because they can speak three languages.
@American Born I thought it was fine as I have seen these in some kids school lunches as well. Say like Pennsylvania and the South. Of course we have better snacks that this channel could cover later but it is a bit more unique that they covered these cheaper ones. I do think it just would have been a good idea to include "cheap lunch" in the title.
American Born if you eat any snacks that are processed as these are then you don’t know what a good snack is. “Snacking” shouldn’t exist in any healthy diet. You’re just an overweight simp.
Most of what they gave you are not what adults eat but the pork rinds they should've given you the spicy one with a lime to squeeze on them high in protein too. Pb& jelly must be made at home not freezer. Pb & snickers simply fruit spread is it.
HollyMoon Ahh ok fair enough, You should try Whitaker’s Peanut Slab it’s mini Chocolate block loaded with peanuts from New Zealand there is also chocolate with peanutbutter in it lol

I'm an American and I wouldn't even eat any of that garbage. I'm really thankful that my mom didn't allow me to eat that kind of stuff when I was a kid and now I like healthy food.
American snack foods are definitely less healthy, generally speaking, than most of the world's snacks. We just don't have laws that restrict things like sugar and sodium in a lot of our foods. There are even versions of things we have in the US that aren't quite the same when you get outside the US. Many soft drinks like Coke have less sugar in other countries than it has in America.
Good vid but should of labeled the video Try American Kid Snacks. Then there might not be so much backlash on the crappy snacks. As an adult the only snack there that I have eaten in the past 30 years is the pork skins . I might be interested in watching a video of American adults eating kid snacks because a lot of us don't eat that crap. We just eat the unhealthy adult snacks :).
I haven’t been to too many countries but the ones i have visited definitely had a plethora of unhealthy snacks so im always super confused when ppl in these “tries American snacks” videos act like we need some kind of hazard warning on our food.
