I been waiting for this since I got my 2016 scatpack. I spent 11 grand on a 6.4 hemi and transmission to go in my 74 dodge dart sport. Shit wish you guys had this last April went I bought it. Well now I got wait until I get done with this build then I'm coming to you guys.
I'm really starting to like those turbosmart wastegates. They open like unlocking coilovers. The kit is sick and will put a scat in hellcat territory for less than 10k.

I ended up buying a brand new hellcat and modified it here and there with a tune and exhaust to get me right under 1000hp.

Very interested in this kit! I currently run a F-Series Procharger on my Built Challenger and looking into switching to turbos, are there any more visuals on how everything is routed for the piping to the intercooler/after cooler, to the engine? And hows fitment with a T400 trans?

The entire driveline (trans, driveshaft, rear half shafts) of the Hellcat is stronger and made to handle the boost and tons of power.

Man if you're running an auto this is a no brainer... I'm not totally sure that it would be as fun on my 6MT as the response from a blower, then again, smoother and less... snappy may be nice.

@@demodemoncrat441 On a stock Scat we run a super safe 5 psi which allows you to make the power you need without straining the engine. Its a win win!

Increase ring gap to 30,32thousands cam it,and I’ve seen 950rwhp without blowing up on 18psi..yep stock bottom end they will take more if set up right..wouldn’t do it on a stock 6.4..

Before anyone goes and pushes their scat with boost over 6 to 7 psi whether it be from turbos or prochargers or superchargers, replace your pistons and connecting rods before they explode

You will need to have the car taken to a dyno and tuned, we have several we can recommend if you do not have any in your area.

Hello, we have had vehicles with our twin turbo kit installed for over 10 years! We were the first company to sell a bolt on kit for the LX platform. No worries!
Any engine mods required? Rods, Pistons, camshaft, valve springs, etc.

Nope! This car is completely stock. Turbos just do not strain the engine as much as a supercharger, so we can make more rwhp per pound of boost.

Richard holdener made almost 1000 with a turbo on a stock bottom end. Only stopped because it broke a piston around the second ring landing. I could see a well built engine handling 800+ daily
I was hellbent on going with a Whipple Supercharger for my 2012 RT Challenger but after seeing your product and videos, I think I have officially changed my mind. One of the main reasons is the ability to change the boost so easily. I like the idea of running 5 psi normally and cranking it up to 8lbs for a day at the drag strip. Do you have a pro shop in the Northeast that would install this kit? If not, how hard is it for the weekend mechanic to do the install? Are there upgrades that you would recommend doing in tandem with your kit? Thanks!
We have several dealers in the NE, where are you located? We designed it to be installed in a garage if on jackstands. For a base setting we send everything you will need aside from tuning, but we can recommend several tuneres who can help you.

I have a 2019 scat pack charger. I see you were able to run 8lbs on the stock motor. Is this something that you recommended I can do daily or should I keep it at the 5lb setting
We have several cars on 8 psi with no issue. The system is very efficient and allows us to make more power to the tire than any other combination!

would this be ok on putting on a 2016 R/T challenger or a same year SRT8 jeep GC? I feel like this might be the safest alternative since i’ve been looking into pro chargers and etc last couple days
Absolutely! This kit fits the Challenger, but not the Jeep. We hope to have a solution for the Jeep in the future.
What are you doing for oil return from the turbos? People cut their cars to bits and run all kinds of awkward piping to avoid turbo return oil pumps. It doesn't seem all that complicated to me but I've never seen a car with block mount turbos. I'd much rather run VGT turbos mid car. You can't run them right at the manifold because of heat yeah. If there's no issue with return oil, you guys should do it. VGTs right beside the tailshaft is plenty of time for exhaust to reach safe VGT temps. 100-150 degrees is all you need. VGTs would give you some supercharger like bottom end boost and the lowest possible backpressure on top end. That low end torque is the main reason people choose supercharging in the first place right?
We developed a mechanical scavenge pump mechanism that sucks the oil out of the bottom of the turbos and returns the oil to the top of the engine. A complete bolt on system that eliminates the issues common with other turbo systems.
How long until the bottom end of the motor blows? I’m a huge mopar guy....I own a 2018 Shaker R/T and I love the car but from what everything I’ve heard tells me that you have to beef up the bottom end of the 6.4 or it will go kaboom.
This has been a common problem with this platform for many years. We have designed this kit with efficiency in mind, and with that advance we have been able to take the load off of and are able to make more power to the tires and keep the engine together as well!

How do you guys handle transmission tuning and longevity? The HP70 can only handle about 520 pounds of torque before it starts slipping without tuning it, and I also wonder about the longevity of the trans.
We have had amazing luck on 5 psi with no trans tuning, and for builds over 5 psi our dealers have optioned to tune the trans to match the output of the particular build.

I have a 2009 Dodge Challenger srt8 6 speed manual and was considering something to wake it up but without having to build my engine or transmission for more power. Is this a good option or will it blow up a stock 6.1 and stock 6 speed manual transmission or rear end. I feel my car is pretty slow stock. Any advice and cost to buy and have installed properly and tuned. Also what to expect on power and zero to sixty installed

Hello. 8 lbs of supercharged boost will load the engine past what it can handle. With turbos, the engine is not going through as much strain to make the power, so it can handle it.

I am surprised that it works that well on a stock engine, I've seen people change out the small block for a 440 forged stroker to gain more power, it looks like that's not necessarily needed then.

You going to have to do forged internals sooner or later

Do you run into any problems with water, or debris, given that the turbos are very close to the ground under the car?
Hello. The air inlets are routed up and next to the engine so there is no issue with any debris or water! No worries!

It is only necessary if you want to run over 7 psi. We designed the kit to make killer power at a base 5-7 psi setting. You can forge the internals at any time, then turn up the boost!
Does fuel injectors come with this kit also does this bolt to a stock catback system for the hemis
Yes, we can option different injector sizes and it bolts right to the factory or aftermarket cat back.
