When the clip is on and I see a lot of orange/red move on move list on right side, I kinda expect it to be that bad. But watching actual game still hurt my eyes so much. I think my IQ just drop a bit when watching these many blunder in a single game.
The average 100 rated player doesn't see victory at +60, nor does he see a defeat at -79.8. For he is solely focused on creating the perfect game - a draw

If you take the queen there it would be definitely losing for white because you would be down to a rook and a knight while black has both rooks, a knight, a bishop and the same number of pawns but with more open files for the rooms to attack from.
1:40 White is so dead lost, it’s better to keep a rook defending the second rank than to take black’s queen. Taking the queen also helps black develop the rook, helping black create a mating net
Those queens just staring each other down for multiple turns on end like it's a mexican standoff until the bishop sweeps in from the side to take white

Two things that destroyed my brain. 1) The number of chances White has to capture Black's queen, but the fact that he/she doesn't want to. 2) Black not seeing a checkmate on a chess board that is literally empty af
Not taking the queen was better at 1:44It was better cause Rxd8+ Rxd8 now Nd3 to avoid Be2 followed Rd1# so so now we eliminate the knight the key defender via Bxd3 Cxd3 and now Rxd3 and now look this this just a terrible position to play black is threating Kd7 followed by Re8# and there is no defence is kind of brilliant that white sees all this for his rating

@@jungledyret100 lmao
also white missed a mate many times
This is when your walking on a path and bump into someone so you both move out the way to be nice and that goes on for like 20 seconds
lmao so relatable
soo relatable

You know its gonna be stalemate when a side is advantageus a lot and there is baka mitai
Every time I lose a game of chess, I return to this video to remind myself that I'm not the worst
they are genious man, they just manage to make the worst move every turn
This is like being in a Zoom call and trying to speak at the same time and then both insisting on the other to go ahead. This repeats for 2 minutes.

Probably they learned some decent openings by book, which are plenty of.
This is a perfect visualization of “you don’t have to win, that’s only one of your options”
Out of all the Baka Mitai Chess memes, this destroyed more brain cells than the rest combined.
1:40 "Why is this better than taking the queen?"
Cause like, everything else was played to perfection and NOW we start questioning moves...
Exactly!
@@leninheads It is
@@joshuahietala5174 Why tho
@@richhobo1216 Trading Queen for a rook in that position, is absolutely losing. Keeping the rook gives a bit more chances to even draw that game.
@@joshuahietala5174 exactly, to trade pieces in this position simplifies the game for the blacks becoming easier to checkmate.
When black was +60 points I was like
"Stalemate inbound"

I dont think so. They probably just started, learned ohne Opening and played.

It's amazing how they always find that move "stalemate in one"
1:15 Why are you preparing? You're always preparing! Just go!
Perfect matches always end in a draw.
You seems scared, Magnus
1:39 There are no good or bad moves in a 100 rated game.
The moment you see the winning player going for a pawn promotion instead of an easy 2 rook mate on a lone king, you know how it's going to end.
