While talking about Filianore I remembered that Miyazaki said he got the inspiration for that character from an OVA called Angel's Egg. So I decided to check it out... Then I noticed that it had a Giant Eye and I was like "huh, that's very similar to the Crimson Moon". ... Then I saw the Nameless Boy and Girl and I was like "huh, why do they seem so similar to Dain and Paimon..." ... Then the boy and the girl found a Leviathan's carcass, a giant tree, and the boy began talking about Noah's Ark and I was like "KEKWait Sheeeeet, this is Genshin" After that Perinheri came out (patch 4.5) and it mentioned the Crimson Moon which is when everything made sense to me. Teyvat potentially being a "dream world" finally helped me to understand why Nahida could visit dreams (and read thoughts in the gameplay) and why [redacted] could harvest dreams for the Akasha. When you are dreaming (sleeping) you are not creating a "separate" dream. It's still a part of the original one. Another layer of it. And if this dream is so big that it has different living beings in it that could also dream. And is sustained by lets say a Tree. An avatar of a Tree who has access to information circulating in the original dream surely can gain access to smaller ones.

The whole idea of the world that is dreamt would explain why Neuvillette doesn't remember anything of how he got there and what went on before 500 years ago. Because he is in a slumber like all of us. That would also explain why at the end of the golden slumber quest, Jebrael and Samail are enveloped in darkness, maybe because when they woke up they realised the old world is gone (like what happens in dark souls, in which the first flame gets extinguished and the whole world gets surrounded by darkness) The angel's egg could be the dome that enveloped the world, we know that someone called it an eggshell . Also, Dottore's experiment makes a lot of sense in this way, because he was testing to see just how much willpower it takes to create a descender, so basically, he was trying to see if he could create a collective descender, and he managed to at least create a "collective" God out of the dreams of a city. That means that the Archons have made a though choice of helping create and sustain an illusion maybe out of love for their people which would die otherwise, or be swallowed by darkness and transform in that so called "ascended form" that Jakob turned into. The problem with this is that you can only avoid it for so long, before the eggshell breaks and they all get killed by it, because they haven't been preparing, contrarily to what Jakob and Khaenri'ah had tried to do. Also, it makes sense why the Harbingers are gathering the gnoses, to catalyse the willpower and beliefs of all people in Teyvat and make it so that their faith is condensed into one (rebirthed?) collective descender that could challenge the dream. Hence the rebirth from flames (i presume this whole chapter will be filled with pheonixes all around).
I always find it curious that the game uses current characters, to represent characters from the past, whether it be their clothing. It is a nice detail, which can give us clues about what happened before.

I get the feeling you really like presenting evidence as bread crumbs and then stating your claim after like a big reveal hoping the audience connects the dots all at once. It's great and impactful when it works! But it might be used too frequently. I think you could benefit from starting by stating your claim, presenting evidence, then restating/expanding on your claim more often. As a viewer it can be difficult to recall the past 10-15 minutes of evidence that were presented at/after the big reveal before it's time to start listening to the build up of the next claim. Some topics start to feel like "I know these things are related/references to one another but idk why that's significant"

Excuse me for leaving another comment here, I have watched all of your videos but I cannot, for the life of me, recall if you've ever mentioned or are familiar with Revolutionary Girl Utena. The more I listen to the references and connections you bring up, the more parallels I find between Genshin and Utena. The witch, the princess and the prince, Dios and the Devil, the chick breaking its eggshell, the night sky and its constellations, the secluded dream universe, the revolving timeline, the rings, the duelists as descender candidates, the incest, yes, even the incest and of course, the scene that summoned all Utena fans, the booba sword. While it might merely be correlation, as both shows draw inspiration from the same base material, I can't help but associate the Paimon from your theories with Anthy, Phanes with Akio (some aspects of him at least) and the Traveler might very well be Utena. Anyways, it might just be a silly thought of mine and perhaps you'd find nothing worthwile in that show but I definitely wanted to mention it or at least ask if you're familiar with it.

Bro. I loved the Layla part. I had a theory that all characters with vision somehow represent their element's virtue. My theory being that, Cryo being the element of Love, all the Cryo characters are, in a way, torn by something/someone they Love and their base nature. For example, Diona with her blessing and her protectiveness of her dad, Chongyun is the same with him being an exorcist, Kaeya being connected to Khaenri'ah and most likely keeping secrets from his newfound family in Mondstadt. I had a tough time fitting Layla in. If Layla is a stand in for the Pale Princess/Seelie Princess, that now makes much more sense. Also, unrelated but worth pointing out, Zhongli resembles Welt Yang a lot. In HSR, his element is Imaginary, which is also Golden/Amber in color like Geo is. Geo is also the element of constructs. Perhaps, the whole of Teyvat is a domain either created by or maintained in part by Zhongli???
I very like your videos and thought even if I do not agree with some of them. It is because you are crazy and brave enough to make your own stamps, even if they are crazy, instead of rereading the lore available to everyone in the game or on the wiki. So I propose another totally crazy idea. On my way to work this morning, I remembered a film. It's called The Island. It is about people who are supposedly living in a bunker in a post-apocalyptic world. They are told that the earth has been destroyed and that there is no life on it, that the bunker is the only place where people live. But yet, outside, there is one place where people can live. It is the Island, which is said to be like Paradise. Time after time a lottery is held in the bunker and lucky people are chosen to go to this paradise. However, the characters in the film eventually discover that this is all nonsense, that the world outside the bunker is fine and the people there live full lives, but they are clones bred for organs. If something happens to the owner of the clone, his clone wins a ticket to Paradise and never comes back. Initially there was an attempt to grow human organs artificially, but then scientists found that such organs were inferior. To produce perfect organs, donors have to grow up, live like normal people. Isn't this a familiar story? Just put the word energy instead of organs. Maybe the inhabitants of Teyvat have to think they are living a normal life in order to supply something with max energy at full flow? Why for gods so important to be worshipped? If a group of people broke into a bunker, for example, and wanted to rescue the unfortunate clones, free them from this inhuman treatment and show them that there is normal life outside, wouldn't that be seen as the end of the world by the clones because they believe that there is nothing outside, that the outside is deadly? Couldn't this information be Forbidden knowledge which cant be understanding?
Celestia is probably farming imaginary energy out of the people of Teyvat's dreams, so they have to live regular lives in order to have strivings and aspirations, but they have to watch out for Alogenes who have the potential to shatter this illusion, which is why they get a Vision that binds them to the fate of the world and prevents them from ever escaping. In turn, the imaginary energy is probably being used to maintain the borders of Teyvat, which we know are growing weaker and which Alice and Varka are on an expedition to deal with this problem. I speculate that the Primordial One may have arrived from a world that was destroyed and was tasked with ensuring the survival of humanity, so they conquered a suitable world and reshaped it into one where humanity could prosper; but this makes them paranoid that the disaster will repeat, so they must always be on the lookout for human ambitions and their potential to destroy this haven they created, so that the cycle won't repeat itself (assuming the original disaster was of man's own making). Forbidden Knowledge is incompatible with Teyvat because it was basically "coded" as an error in order to prevent people from shattering the illusion, which is why the Primordial One's power depends on their ability to control Irminsul and people's memories through it.

Every time I watch other lore videos people make, I keep remembering this video and thinking, "how has no one else seen the Angel's egg parallels"??? When a team of artists works on a piece of animation, they get something called a style guide. It's basically a rulebook for how to draw characters. There *has* to be a style guide for Genshin's writing teams since I can't imagine it's only, like, 4 people writing everything. I reeeeeally hope they publish it or at least put it online once the game is finally done, because I bet you that thing would crack a coffee table. As a person with a writing background, lore crafting to this degree is an amazing accomplishment, and the fact that you're able to draw all these parallels is also an incredible achievement. My brain can barely keep up, let alone write a story even a quarter (or an eighth!) as mesmerizing. Every single one of your videos I've watched has left me dumbfounded in the best way. Say, did you ever work Madoka Magica into your theories? I've watched so many of these I can no longer remember. I keep comparing Visions to the magical girls' gems, Homura and the story of Princess Saha, the Witchs' realms to realms of consiousness/ domains, the connections with german literature (Faust), being trapped in a Samsara and cultivating a power that can devour or save the universe... And of course, some of the magical girls' designs are similar to GI characters like Eula and Navia.
Madoka and Evangelion are the main influences to all of Mihoyo's games, they've even collab'ed with both across their various games, so the connection is deliberate. Madoka and Homura's relationship bears some resemblance to Kiana and Mei's, and in Genshin the whole thing with Visions and Celestia being depicted as a Matrix-like prison is likely inspired by the Incubators and how they grant wishes to farm energy out of the emotions of magical girls, which they in turn use to delay the end of the universe due to entropy. The Primordial One is probably doing the same thing, but only to protect the borders of Teyvat and prevent the cycle of humanity's destruction from repeating again, but the Tsaritsa, who is also Shiva (hence the Shivada Jade ascencion mats), is going to restart the cycle by destroying the world and making it anew. There's probably gonna be a twist at the end since the Traveler and Paimon are involved and have the potential ability to reweave fate, so things might not turn out the way either of the Gods believe they will.

You explaining the end game story genshin, ashikai with furina in 4.2 fountain, and wei with new theory on how traveler's sibling is faked by irminsul, and many more. Whenever someone asks me why I love Genshin Impact so much and never stopped playing it or calls it and its story "boring" (again), I'll show that someone this video. This is your peak creation, without a doubt. But I have to strongly disagree about Paimon=Kiana part around 58:30 because relying on outside "sources" to backup your point at this moment is pure copium. I don't say is invalid because Destiny 2 did a similar thing once with a certain Twitter account, but there it was official while here... again, it's too much. Also, as expected, some video parts made me loose my mind. My points/questions will surely sound dumb, even if I watched in full focus, but in the end here it comes: -Is Paimon responsible for the current state of Teyvat? -Where did you get that information about Eclipse Dynasty stealing Nibelung's Pearl and thus altering the history and memories? -And who the hell is who in the story at the end, after all these same repeated names previously, with character A being B and proceeding to be C? If you'd made only the first half of this video as separate part, I wouldn't ask those seemingly silly questions but now here's where it leads the people engaged enough. A few things I learned in my Philosophy of Art class I thought might be relevant: - Pre-/Hellenic eras communicated and preserved history or important news through oratory methods; meaning everyone accessed and strengthened their knowledge/memories using the mnemonic technology of song. Maybe that’s why written fairy tales and songs in Genshin have such prominence throughout the story, and could be one of the reasons they’re able to survive changes to Irminsul. - The philosophers Kierkegaard, Sartre and De Beauvoir talk about the essence preceding existence, and existence preceding essence as well as the overarching meaning of humanity. They also introduce the idea of essence existing in the mind before it is given a physical form, so it might also circle back to the Imaginary Will. Especially WRT how Irminsul acts as a gatekeeper of knowledge that detects impurities with Nahida as an extension/representative of its divinity that purifies and corrects. Forbidden knowledge overlaps a lot with the previously mentioned philosophical concepts, as well to “a priori” (necessarily known independent of experience) and “a posteriori” (knowledge obtained after experience/observation); requiring one or the other to extend knowledge beyond justified true belief. As every instance of knowledge can only be accessed via one or the other principles. This is especially relevant because Descenders contain ideologies and knowledge which extend beyond the world of Teyvat, meaning they exist in a limbo that is both a priori and a posteriori. While instances of a priori and a posteriori already exist and naturally occur within Teyvat itself as part of the objective reality - I’m specifically aiming at the issue of forbidden knowledge which does not originate from Teyvat. They are able to possess knowledge independent of experience through previous travels alongside their sibling (not necessarily actively, but are innate to them) and knowledge following experience they gain in Teyvat. In this sense, they are quite literally the synthesis of a priori before Teyvat and a posteriori through Teyvat, which also grants them the ability to purify corruption because their knowledge of this phenomena may have existed before enactment. They may not necessarily talk about their previous experiences precisely because they know the knowledge they possess could drastically alter the balance of the world they travel through or perhaps because Irminsul limits the capacity for perception of knowledge by reducing it to what already exists and is possible within Teyvat, meaning that they cannot technically share their previous knowledge without giving it a medium to exist within. The latter does seem more plausible, given that our imagination can only produce what is reasonably conceivable with can be explored within David Hume’s problem of induction, who identifies that our tendency to project past regularities into the future is not underpinned by reason. Meaning that the way we connect cause and effect is not necessarily logical because it occurs in reasoning from what is observed in order to arrive at an explanation for the unobserved; as we cannot confirm that what happens in the past will necessarily occur in the future. Therefore, what becomes possible is the existence of an entity or Descenders to produce an outcome that transcends the laws of Teyvat and the rule of Heavenly Principles because they contain the Imaginary Will to shape their objective reality as they see fit; to break the cycle of reality that has been imposed by the Heavens in order to produce an endless dream or a plane of existence… but for what goal? The concept of the Heavenly Principles also bears resemblance to the concept introduced in Rene Descartes’ Brain in the Vat example. The proposal is meant to challenge our sense of perception and ability to perceive, which proposes an alternative line of reasoning of our current perceptual experience resulting from the manipulation by a malevolent demiurge, posing as benevolent God produces a reality before heaven or perhaps the true elemental cycle of Teyvat to trap us within this samsara. This is also where the phrase cogito ergo sum or his first principle is derived from, which I believe were popular during the release of Genshin Impact aimed at evaluating the story’s historical and literary premises WRT Gnosticism.

In the 2.8 event, skin Fischl was oppressing the Immernachtreich similarly to how the Night Mother was doing the same with the Moonlight Forest. Default Fischl’s desire to save the Immernachtreich follows along the Pale Princess’s wish to save the Moonlight Forest. Additionally default Fischl has 7 pink gems on her outfit that glow when her burst is fully charged which could be an ode to Snow White’s 7 dwarfs, similarly skin Fischl has 1 pale coloured gem on her neck that glows in the same manner which could represent the Pale Princess or the absence of light. Also default Fischl was betrayed by Oz in the summer event like how the Pale Princess was betrayed by the 6 pygmies. Furthermore, default Fischl had become skin Fischl after supposedly defeating her when in reality she had simply accepted that side of herself. Lastly, Oz’s spiel about how Amy is Fischl and his demon counterpart in the Ars Goetia being described as giving only true answers concerning divine and secret things might be the biggest support for the idea that the Night Mother is actually the Pale Princess from the future. Edit: forgot to mention that default Fischl named her cat after one of Snow White’s dwarfs in that one event.

Something I feel the need to bring up now that you're talking more about the outlander and the seelie who fell in love with each other, and the numerous times this repeats itself across Teyvat history... Aether's outfit has emblazoned over the chest an 8-pointed black star. Eerily reminiscent of the star of the eclipse dynasty. Lumine's outfit is different. Instead, right under her cleavage is a symbol that at first I couldn't really recognize... But if you look at it for long enough, it kinda looks like a seelie. There seems to be a roundish main body and 2 little wings.

The crazy thing is that this video was originally made without Angel's Egg and Perinheri in mind. While talking about Filianore I remembered that Miyazaki said he got the inspiration for that character from an OVA called Angel's Egg. So I decided to check it out... Then I noticed that it had a Giant Eye and I was like "huh, that's very similar to the Crimson Moon".
... Then I saw the Nameless Boy and Girl and I was like "huh, why do they seem so similar to Dain and Paimon..."

Teyvat potentially being a "dream world" finally helped me to understand why Nahida could visit dreams (and read thoughts in the gameplay) and why [redacted] could harvest dreams for the Akasha.
When you are dreaming (sleeping) you are not creating a "separate" dream. It's still a part of the original one. Another layer of it. And if this dream is so big that it has different living beings in it that could also dream. And is sustained by lets say a Tree. An avatar of a Tree who has access to information circulating in the original dream surely can gain access to smaller ones.

which is why the term “ark” being the direct translation of Teyvat is interesting. it means that Teyvat is a temporary shelter, and one that is used as an emergency safe haven during the biblical flood. if the flood exists within genshin, and the firmament is protecting Teyvat from the water (being primordial seawater), it would make sense why the All Devouring Narwhal is a narwhal. it’s an ocean. Teyvat is an ark, sailing alone in a flooded ocean.
and it also makes the abyss being depicted as a night sky more interesting. if teyvat is like a boat in an endless ocean, but the abyss is a night sky, then it means the abyss isn’t down… it’s up. notice how the spiral abyss goes up in floors?
if we are to look at teyvat as a boat in an ocean, then celestia could be seen as a “control center” of sorts. where the boat captain / mechanic lives. when something goes wrong on the boat, when there’s a leak (forbidden knowledge, abyssal power, etc), you use boards and NAILS to fix it. celestial nails. celestia isn’t trying to wipe out anyone to dares defy them… they’re trying to keep the boat from sinking, and the only way to stop leaks from happening is repairs, which can harm the people living around the leak. (think dragonspine, chasm, desert)

The whole idea of the world that is dreamt would explain why Neuvillette doesn't remember anything of how he got there and what went on before 500 years ago. Because he is in a slumber like all of us. That would also explain why at the end of the golden slumber quest, Jebrael and Samail are enveloped in darkness, maybe because when they woke up they realised the old world is gone (like what happens in dark souls, in which the first flame gets extinguished and the whole world gets surrounded by darkness)
The angel's egg could be the dome that enveloped the world, we know that someone called it an eggshell .
Also, Dottore's experiment makes a lot of sense in this way, because he was testing to see just how much willpower it takes to create a descender, so basically, he was trying to see if he could create a collective descender, and he managed to at least create a "collective" God out of the dreams of a city.
That means that the Archons have made a though choice of helping create and sustain an illusion maybe out of love for their people which would die otherwise, or be swallowed by darkness and transform in that so called "ascended form" that Jakob turned into. The problem with this is that you can only avoid it for so long, before the eggshell breaks and they all get killed by it, because they haven't been preparing, contrarily to what Jakob and Khaenri'ah had tried to do.
Also, it makes sense why the Harbingers are gathering the gnoses, to catalyse the willpower and beliefs of all people in Teyvat and make it so that their faith is condensed into one (rebirthed?) collective descender that could challenge the dream. Hence the rebirth from flames (i presume this whole chapter will be filled with pheonixes all around).

I get the feeling you really like presenting evidence as bread crumbs and then stating your claim after like a big reveal hoping the audience connects the dots all at once. It's great and impactful when it works! But it might be used too frequently. I think you could benefit from starting by stating your claim, presenting evidence, then restating/expanding on your claim more often. As a viewer it can be difficult to recall the past 10-15 minutes of evidence that were presented at/after the big reveal before it's time to start listening to the build up of the next claim. Some topics start to feel like "I know these things are related/references to one another but idk why that's significant"
Either this, or having a nice tl;dr at some point, with just the conclusions. It's a theory video over an hour long, where it's hard to find the actual theory. It's nice to have detailed evidence, but it's even nicer to know what we're trying to prove in the first place lol
Excuse me for leaving another comment here, I have watched all of your videos but I cannot, for the life of me, recall if you've ever mentioned or are familiar with Revolutionary Girl Utena.
The more I listen to the references and connections you bring up, the more parallels I find between Genshin and Utena.
The witch, the princess and the prince, Dios and the Devil, the chick breaking its eggshell, the night sky and its constellations, the secluded dream universe, the revolving timeline, the rings, the duelists as descender candidates, the incest, yes, even the incest and of course, the scene that summoned all Utena fans, the booba sword.
While it might merely be correlation, as both shows draw inspiration from the same base material, I can't help but associate the Paimon from your theories with Anthy, Phanes with Akio (some aspects of him at least) and the Traveler might very well be Utena.
Anyways, it might just be a silly thought of mine and perhaps you'd find nothing worthwile in that show but I definitely wanted to mention it or at least ask if you're familiar with it.

Bro. I loved the Layla part. I had a theory that all characters with vision somehow represent their element's virtue. My theory being that, Cryo being the element of Love, all the Cryo characters are, in a way, torn by something/someone they Love and their base nature. For example, Diona with her blessing and her protectiveness of her dad, Chongyun is the same with him being an exorcist, Kaeya being connected to Khaenri'ah and most likely keeping secrets from his newfound family in Mondstadt. I had a tough time fitting Layla in.
If Layla is a stand in for the Pale Princess/Seelie Princess, that now makes much more sense.
Also, unrelated but worth pointing out, Zhongli resembles Welt Yang a lot. In HSR, his element is Imaginary, which is also Golden/Amber in color like Geo is. Geo is also the element of constructs.
Perhaps, the whole of Teyvat is a domain either created by or maintained in part by Zhongli???

I very like your videos and thought even if I do not agree with some of them. It is because you are crazy and brave enough to make your own stamps, even if they are crazy, instead of rereading the lore available to everyone in the game or on the wiki.
So I propose another totally crazy idea.
On my way to work this morning, I remembered a film. It's called The Island.
It is about people who are supposedly living in a bunker in a post-apocalyptic world. They are told that the earth has been destroyed and that there is no life on it, that the bunker is the only place where people live. But yet, outside, there is one place where people can live. It is the Island, which is said to be like Paradise. Time after time a lottery is held in the bunker and lucky people are chosen to go to this paradise.
However, the characters in the film eventually discover that this is all nonsense, that the world outside the bunker is fine and the people there live full lives, but they are clones bred for organs. If something happens to the owner of the clone, his clone wins a ticket to Paradise and never comes back.
Initially there was an attempt to grow human organs artificially, but then scientists found that such organs were inferior. To produce perfect organs, donors have to grow up, live like normal people.
Isn't this a familiar story? Just put the word energy instead of organs. Maybe the inhabitants of Teyvat have to think they are living a normal life in order to supply something with max energy at full flow? Why for gods so important to be worshipped?
If a group of people broke into a bunker, for example, and wanted to rescue the unfortunate clones, free them from this inhuman treatment and show them that there is normal life outside, wouldn't that be seen as the end of the world by the clones because they believe that there is nothing outside, that the outside is deadly?
Couldn't this information be Forbidden knowledge which cant be understanding?
If we're harvesting humans for energy, then might as well reference The Matrix instead.
Celestia is probably farming imaginary energy out of the people of Teyvat's dreams, so they have to live regular lives in order to have strivings and aspirations, but they have to watch out for Alogenes who have the potential to shatter this illusion, which is why they get a Vision that binds them to the fate of the world and prevents them from ever escaping. In turn, the imaginary energy is probably being used to maintain the borders of Teyvat, which we know are growing weaker and which Alice and Varka are on an expedition to deal with this problem.
I speculate that the Primordial One may have arrived from a world that was destroyed and was tasked with ensuring the survival of humanity, so they conquered a suitable world and reshaped it into one where humanity could prosper; but this makes them paranoid that the disaster will repeat, so they must always be on the lookout for human ambitions and their potential to destroy this haven they created, so that the cycle won't repeat itself (assuming the original disaster was of man's own making).
Forbidden Knowledge is incompatible with Teyvat because it was basically "coded" as an error in order to prevent people from shattering the illusion, which is why the Primordial One's power depends on their ability to control Irminsul and people's memories through it.

When a team of artists works on a piece of animation, they get something called a style guide. It's basically a rulebook for how to draw characters. There *has* to be a style guide for Genshin's writing teams since I can't imagine it's only, like, 4 people writing everything. I reeeeeally hope they publish it or at least put it online once the game is finally done, because I bet you that thing would crack a coffee table. As a person with a writing background, lore crafting to this degree is an amazing accomplishment, and the fact that you're able to draw all these parallels is also an incredible achievement. My brain can barely keep up, let alone write a story even a quarter (or an eighth!) as mesmerizing. Every single one of your videos I've watched has left me dumbfounded in the best way. Say, did you ever work Madoka Magica into your theories? I've watched so many of these I can no longer remember. I keep comparing Visions to the magical girls' gems, Homura and the story of Princess Saha, the Witchs' realms to realms of consiousness/ domains, the connections with german literature (Faust), being trapped in a Samsara and cultivating a power that can devour or save the universe... And of course, some of the magical girls' designs are similar to GI characters like Eula and Navia.
Madoka and Evangelion are the main influences to all of Mihoyo's games, they've even collab'ed with both across their various games, so the connection is deliberate. Madoka and Homura's relationship bears some resemblance to Kiana and Mei's, and in Genshin the whole thing with Visions and Celestia being depicted as a Matrix-like prison is likely inspired by the Incubators and how they grant wishes to farm energy out of the emotions of magical girls, which they in turn use to delay the end of the universe due to entropy.
The Primordial One is probably doing the same thing, but only to protect the borders of Teyvat and prevent the cycle of humanity's destruction from repeating again, but the Tsaritsa, who is also Shiva (hence the Shivada Jade ascencion mats), is going to restart the cycle by destroying the world and making it anew. There's probably gonna be a twist at the end since the Traveler and Paimon are involved and have the potential ability to reweave fate, so things might not turn out the way either of the Gods believe they will.

(again), I'll show that someone this video. This is your peak creation, without a doubt.
But I have to strongly disagree about Paimon=Kiana part around 58:30 because relying on outside "sources" to backup your point at this moment is pure copium. I don't say is invalid because Destiny 2 did a similar thing once with a certain Twitter account, but there it was official while here... again, it's too much.
Also, as expected, some video parts made me loose my mind. My points/questions will surely sound dumb, even if I watched in full focus, but in the end here it comes:

I love this kind of theory but there are some questions still left unanswered and that is the 2 stars we have been using since the beginning of the game. How is 1 not from this world, but the other 1 is? Yet despite most of this, the 2 are related since they traveled together but are stopped by the Unknown God

A few things I learned in my Philosophy of Art class I thought might be relevant:
- Pre-/Hellenic eras communicated and preserved history or important news through oratory methods; meaning everyone accessed and strengthened their knowledge/memories using the mnemonic technology of song. Maybe that’s why written fairy tales and songs in Genshin have such prominence throughout the story, and could be one of the reasons they’re able to survive changes to Irminsul.
- The philosophers Kierkegaard, Sartre and De Beauvoir talk about the essence preceding existence, and existence preceding essence as well as the overarching meaning of humanity. They also introduce the idea of essence existing in the mind before it is given a physical form, so it might also circle back to the Imaginary Will. Especially WRT how Irminsul acts as a gatekeeper of knowledge that detects impurities with Nahida as an extension/representative of its divinity that purifies and corrects.
Forbidden knowledge overlaps a lot with the previously mentioned philosophical concepts, as well to “a priori” (necessarily known independent of experience) and “a posteriori” (knowledge obtained after experience/observation); requiring one or the other to extend knowledge beyond justified true belief. As every instance of knowledge can only be accessed via one or the other principles. This is especially relevant because Descenders contain ideologies and knowledge which extend beyond the world of Teyvat, meaning they exist in a limbo that is both a priori and a posteriori. While instances of a priori and a posteriori already exist and naturally occur within Teyvat itself as part of the objective reality - I’m specifically aiming at the issue of forbidden knowledge which does not originate from Teyvat.
They are able to possess knowledge independent of experience through previous travels alongside their sibling (not necessarily actively, but are innate to them) and knowledge following experience they gain in Teyvat. In this sense, they are quite literally the synthesis of a priori before Teyvat and a posteriori through Teyvat, which also grants them the ability to purify corruption because their knowledge of this phenomena may have existed before enactment. They may not necessarily talk about their previous experiences precisely because they know the knowledge they possess could drastically alter the balance of the world they travel through or perhaps because Irminsul limits the capacity for perception of knowledge by reducing it to what already exists and is possible within Teyvat, meaning that they cannot technically share their previous knowledge without giving it a medium to exist within.
The latter does seem more plausible, given that our imagination can only produce what is reasonably conceivable with can be explored within David Hume’s problem of induction, who identifies that our tendency to project past regularities into the future is not underpinned by reason. Meaning that the way we connect cause and effect is not necessarily logical because it occurs in reasoning from what is observed in order to arrive at an explanation for the unobserved; as we cannot confirm that what happens in the past will necessarily occur in the future. Therefore, what becomes possible is the existence of an entity or Descenders to produce an outcome that transcends the laws of Teyvat and the rule of Heavenly Principles because they contain the Imaginary Will to shape their objective reality as they see fit; to break the cycle of reality that has been imposed by the Heavens in order to produce an endless dream or a plane of existence… but for what goal?
The concept of the Heavenly Principles also bears resemblance to the concept introduced in Rene Descartes’ Brain in the Vat example. The proposal is meant to challenge our sense of perception and ability to perceive, which proposes an alternative line of reasoning of our current perceptual experience resulting from the manipulation by a malevolent demiurge, posing as benevolent God produces a reality before heaven or perhaps the true elemental cycle of Teyvat to trap us within this samsara. This is also where the phrase cogito ergo sum or his first principle is derived from, which I believe were popular during the release of Genshin Impact aimed at evaluating the story’s historical and literary premises WRT Gnosticism.

I believe Fischl’s 2 outfits can support this idea. Her default is the Pale Princess and her skin is the Night Mother. In the 2.8 event, skin Fischl was oppressing the Immernachtreich similarly to how the Night Mother was doing the same with the Moonlight Forest. Default Fischl’s desire to save the Immernachtreich follows along the Pale Princess’s wish to save the Moonlight Forest. Additionally default Fischl has 7 pink gems on her outfit that glow when her burst is fully charged which could be an ode to Snow White’s 7 dwarfs, similarly skin Fischl has 1 pale coloured gem on her neck that glows in the same manner which could represent the Pale Princess or the absence of light. Also default Fischl was betrayed by Oz in the summer event like how the Pale Princess was betrayed by the 6 pygmies. Furthermore, default Fischl had become skin Fischl after supposedly defeating her when in reality she had simply accepted that side of herself. Lastly, Oz’s spiel about how Amy is Fischl and his demon counterpart in the Ars Goetia being described as giving only true answers concerning divine and secret things might be the biggest support for the idea that the Night Mother is actually the Pale Princess from the future.
Edit: forgot to mention that default Fischl named her cat after one of Snow White’s dwarfs in that one event.
Then the next dainslief quest it was the abyss sibling he was talking about (about the line “I only remember how she talked about how she loved that flower”)

But if you look at it for long enough, it kinda looks like a seelie. There seems to be a roundish main body and 2 little wings.
