This is why I make the videos, right here. Anyone can take bolts off and put them back on, with a little confidence from seeing someone do it themselves, most jobs can be tackled with basic tools! Happy travels!
By the way, I looked if you had another video installing a new throttle body. Did you have to make it "relearn" or it's just a throw-in, bolt-on and drive?

@@dsoul4290 it's an easy job and if that's all that's wrong with it, buy it. But in my humble opinion they're junk vehicles. I hate seeing my customers with that defeated look because they're 10 year old car is pretty much effed because their engines and transmissions go bad along with lots of other things. If you're going to flip it, it's a great car for that. Make a few bucks. But longevity they do not have. Good luck with your deal and I hope it works in your favor.
This is crazy you ant gotta do all that I just did one today I only removed to air ducked for the intake and 4 bolts on the trottlebody and switched the trottlebodys and pit air cleaner back c l on
It's possible, but usually when this part fails it'll tell you via the engine codes. If your engine light is illuminated, get the codes checked and that can help narrow down the issue.
My journey 2014 3.6 simple stop at the gas station and wouldn’t turn on anymore. I replaced the oil housing a couple weeks ago and now this. I smell something burn and the car won’t start. I tried jumpstart, today I replaced battery and nothing. People told me is the starter but the computer says alternator. I don’t know, any ideas?
@fillipepascalicchio9385 it's really hard for me to tell, not being with the vehicle, but I would try to turn over the engine manually with a large socket on the crank pulley to see if it's able to spin. If it does it's something along the lines of battery or starter
What is the culprit? Cuz when I start my truck it's normal then the light comes on and my truck gets louder ..and when I look under the hood the engine shakes ... And if I'm driving and it happens my truck will stall when I come to stops

Do you have to delete engine codes after replacing it?
They should go off after a few warm up cycles or you can delete them. Having them active shouldn't affect the car if the parts are working correctly.

Sometimes, but nowadays they're designed to fail and replace. It's always worth a shot to try and clean it up first.
Yea these parts are all disposable these days…🙄
