Easy Plant Based Pasta

Super easy Pant based Pasta. Most pastas are plant based but some are not. Here is a really easy recipe that is oil free and healthy. All my recipes are short and sweet.
Super easy pasta sauce
1 red bell pepper
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup cashews
Salt to taste
Other ingredients
Pasta
Shiitake mushrooms
