I remember that when I arrived to Disney world that someone was drunk at Disney springs

You thought that was bad? One time at about one hour before closing at Disneyland, I witnessed a guy shooting heroin within the smoking area, all while he had a child in a stroller 5 feet away from him! I’m not joking! 💉
He got caught by security, and I tried to film him as he made excuses to the guard, but I had to delete it when they caught me filming. 😔
