An old trick I learned better than Jack stands, when you take the wheels off lay them down flat underneath the vehicle, in case any of them break 👍

Ever since you converted to springs, did the smoothness/floaty-ness of the ride change at all?
    Hope you reply.

Did you end up with air ride light on after the conversion?

    • @odianosae

I did & this was my fathers car. I just recently did this to my Lincoln after the airbags said fuck me! I still haven’t found away for the airbag light to go off.

So your front air bags were still good I’m guessing ? I have a 2005 Lincoln with the same exact problem. My front is good but the back is low. Do I need to change all 4 or just the back 2 ?

I only changed the rear front was fine

These cars only have rear air bags, front suspension is also coil. You only need to change the rear springs. I did this conversion last night, and it's quite simple. Only have to unbolt the wheels, and the shock. If you have a person stand and put weight down on the rotor, you can get the spring installed without a compressor.
