Whatever you do, don’t get into RGs. They’re notoriously known for being easily breakable and confusing. Every RG i attempted has either broke or a part didn’t click on.
I actually got this kit for Christmas. Only the 2nd kit I've actually built. I love the gold and all over look. The only problem I encountered was the two tails. I still think my favourite so far has to be the HG Sinanju I built as my first kit. I even enjoyed applying all those stickers on that kit. And yes, this gold unicorn kit is DEFINITELY worth it.

I used Tamiya Metallic Gold to cover mine on the first edition Phenex, it doesn't have tails. The Narrative ones have a richer gold, it's more yellow, so I also have a marker from Asia called the X-12 Gold Leaf. It works well on those nub marks.
This is how I think this kit should be built build the Phenex's inner frame parts put on gloves when handling the gold plated parts snip each gold part off the runner and hand paint those suckers gold yourself to get rid of the mold lines and nub marks. make sure that you don't paint any attachment points. You could wait until the phenex is complete, but you'll have to mask off all of the gray parts. Don't forget to get rid of those safety nubs do a final assembly of the phenex
If you have the Silver bullet suppressor, you can give the extra sticker to its beam Magnum. Because it doesn’t not come with a camera sticker for its magnum
When can you review the HG Rozen Zulu?? I would advise you to review the Episode 7 version not only because its color accurate but also because you can convert it to the original version.
I keep forgetting to build my 3 sets that I got a couple months back after getting the urge to do gunpla after many years since it 1st came to the U.S. and only got the mini I think core fighter start for THE RG Crossbone gundam x1 a.n.r.i. prototype mobile suit xm-x1 with cape The HG gouf custom from ms8 team And a standard leo
Wouldn't you have to repaint the entire thing in that gold just to remove the nubmarks? If so, why not just get either the regular HG Phene and paint that instead?
If you change poses from time to time, the balljoints will loosen up. And, if you keep taking out the hands out of the balljoints, it’ll definitely wreck the little hole it goes in.
So theres this beyblade youtuber called sir skudii i forced him in to the gundam cult so when he got in it he loved it and he played gbgw and because a god in it but there was one event where bandai is giving away old stocks and he got a PHENEX for FREE a high grade thats out of my budget FOR FREE im jelous and it was his first kit but he got a grandaddy revive and built that first because he saw the reviews of the phenex

I'm glad I watched this before getting one from my comic book shop, definitely going to wear gloves while making it.
After building it finally mine has a problem where the box beam saber on the right arm doesn't want to stay in at all.

kinda a shame with the nub marks, I would rather buy the RG version despite how pricey the damn thing is, it is a better kit plus it transforms.

The joints become loose after a while. I built mine a year ago and the joints are now loose, could just be mine I don’t know

Yes, the normal narrative version. Sadly, there is no unicorn mode, only destroy mode as far as i seen.
