  • Gentle Yoga to warm up before an intense workout or practice, or to cool down and stretch after a workout. Targets the shoulders, back, hips, and chest.
    This is the warm up section of a live group session (on zoom). We move on to a more dynamic sequence but you can end at the Child's Pose.
