  • The Muscle up is an advanced bodyweight exercise that you should train wisely if you want to keep your shoulders happy and achieve good results.
    You can train those on a bar, on rings, at home, or at your CrossFit box, but one thing for sure - you should work on progressions before you go for the full thing.
    This video will show you what NOT to do when training Muscle ups, and will present the progressions that could lead you to a well performed Muscle up.

    How do u put weight on ?? Less than 7 stone thanks to covid for 3rd time n desperate for help..its painful being this thin n everyone thinks it's ok to comment but wouldn't if I was obese lol 😀
