can you good sir possibly talk about the fascia which i have extreme interest in related to healing.. very important when it comes to fixing, correcting things within body yet completely ignored, misunderstood and i wonder why? not a coincidence at all i tinks. working with fascia gives excellent education in a real sense in many ways about what your living in.. john f. barnes recommended.. something you could learn on own by reaadinf of his articles on main site and youtube. do consider apply techniques day one cause this really not learned from a book but consistent practice on self and others. and be open to experimentation and application of your own technique as you feel fit because what he does i now do different, what works for me. best
Hi Sam … what about the popliteal muscle in the knee .. I damaged mine years ago in running accident it tore the cartilage and meniscus was rather bad. Still suffering the effects now that was about 20 yr ago.
