In New York yor can distinguish from a regular vehicle and an UNDERCOVER police vehicle by just simply looking at the EZ Pass Toll Tag in the front windshield. Police and undercover vehicles have an ORANGE toll pass.
Firefighters and Paramedics must be the most respective professions out there.
Be safe people!And keep us safe!
pa300s, eq2bs, and some new ones have smart sirens
If that is what it is, I see how they actually had oneof those toll Booth devices attached to the vehicles windshield, so guessing that the Chief even has to pay toll when he goes across one of the bridges, Right????
bye gabriel..
what siren system do they use in the FDNY engines?
Another great video of the 10th B/C keep the video's coming Dirk
the siren is Federal signal PA300...
you guys rock.thank you fdny
I know that this was recorded Way back in 2009 but betting that the odds of this station STILL having this same truck now in 2021 are not very good, right??? LOL
@stedon101, not everyone floors it and brakes hard on every run. This driver had lots of red lights too and there are too many lawyers ready to find fault with every decision. It looked like a safe ride to me... stay safe, everyone!
cool video
it's a signal on the MDT that there is a new message or an update for the box.
Super Video! 4:30
I swear this dispatcher at the beginning of the video sounds so familiar.
FDNY 10th battalio is still the best!!!!
i didnt understand...
2:46 and 3:39 were going on another call?
The ringing you hear is a new message on the MDT (Mobile Data Terminal)
I heard him say Central Park West my dad used to live up that way
It's the other units goin 10-84 at the box. They have arrived on scene
at the beginning you can hear how, he is the brother of someone they know?
@mbc2915 That's how guys in the FDNY say their apparatus like instead of truck 61, they'll say 61 truck...just is how they say it.
So in total there were 3 calls in this video?
@MPS137
It's a new message coming into the computer in the unit.
ja wenn man in NY fährt is das auch was anderes als in einer Mittlere Stadt wie z.b Hannover
I love NY
"Newly homeless though, pretty clean." LOL
I was just wondering did anyone hear the address
this PA300 in Poland Fire Emergency Nice !!!
@Char1zard93 Yes.
why did he say 22 engine insted of engine 22
@Police227BPD federal signal pa300
Its the MDT
I don't really understand what they are doing.. Driving slowly, not following each other ?Just wondering
@reigo141 but you see them erlier!
Where's the bike cop's partner at? lol
@Musicposter4you Dont....
Hello ruh-nay
blue light dose not fit into NYC
Must not be rush hour I don't understand why he's going to so slow while running code 3
well out of the multiple intersections they went through only 2 or 3 were green so it doesn't take a genius to understand why they aren't hauling ass
