I began writing in my gratitude journal this year. I wrote in it at night before I go to bed it helps me reflect on the day as well as have hope to continue to move forward for tomorrow. By doing this It has helped me look at all the blessing that God has done for me and my family that day.

Salt is the same in all forms, no need for sea salt, celtic salt or whatever it sounds more exclusive.

Salt is not the same in all forms. Sea salts are loaded with additional trace minerals. Table salt is iodized and contains bulking agents, himalayan has a different composition to celtic or baja gold or redmond. 💚

@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies The Chemical Composition is the same everywhere on Earth, what you are talking about are added Ingredients.

I think you are referring to sodium, salt itself refers to the crystal like structures that contain sodium and other elements. Depending upon their origin they all contain sodium but they have a different quantity of minerals that come packed with them. 💚@@chrismr.7035

@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies Yes im talking about Sodium Chlorid (Salt). The proportion of different trace elements of extracted salt in different areas of the world is vanishingly small and has no impact on our body, beside it can differ in colour and taste and cost a lot more because of the long travel ways and exotic names.

I understand why you would think that, but trace minerals have a profound impact on the body, especially in catalysing various enzymes relating to energy metabolism etc... @@chrismr.7035
