Around 8 years ago, I was staying in an area where theft was a common occurrence. Thieves tried to break into my vehicles on 2 separate occasions during the hours of 01:00am towards the early morning hours. Seeing that I was in the military before all this happened; I decided to sleep during the day and be up during the night to guard my property. I built my walls higher and got dogs. I tried to sleep normally after that, but up until today; I struggle to sleep. It got a concern for me when I moved to a much more relaxed area where there are virtually no such thing as theft or break-ins, but I still can not sleep without an aid. I need to take a sleeping pill every night with some chamomile tea. It's a horrible way to live, but there's nothing I can do at the moment.
Sounds like you suffer from PTSD. I would also try affirmations and law of attraction methods using water. You can find them here on YT. These worked miracles for me and still find it amazing how we can change things we feel are impossible to change. I use these methods to change my moods, or just circumstances around me. Give it a try better than taking medications. Spend time in the Sun every day if possible as the Sun has an effect on the formation of Melatonin in the brain and helps to regulate our sleep cycle. You should not wear sunglasses 😎 to do this because the sun enters through the eye 👁️ to effect the brain. I never wear sunglasses for that exact reason, just don’t stare in the sun that’s all.
@@RyanTaylorNaturalRemedies Is there any danger of taking this over a week or so? I have read some say it can have the opposite effect. My issue is reduced hours of sleep of no more than 4 hours of sleep in recent years.
I watched a different Utube video and that person had said the very distinct possibility that the 5g Towers are the cause of poor sleep in many people that live very near said Towers. Of course, I certainly don’t know if he is right or wrong, but it gives me pause to consider that might be my trouble concerning my poor sleep.
Ryan, how much do you charge to move in with you for a month, so I can fix my bad habits and add good ones. 😂 Thank you for this comprehensive presentation. I really needed that. I will watch again and take notes.👍🏻🙏👏🏻

Sorry to hear that, have you tried the 20,000 ius of Vitamin D3 daily for a couple weeks? It's quite effective in helping restore the body clock. 💚
