Lovely houses so peacefull...Reminds me of some rich neighbourhoods here in Pakistan ...Infact most rich neighbourhoods you dont see people around and go to a poor area and that is were all the action is

Because it's a residential neighborhood.
There are residential areas, commercial areas, industrial areas, etc. Some places are strict on that. Even the residents wouldn’t want the shops and vending machines there.

Some of the most breathtaking views I've ever seen outside of this but it is on the water and not a desert basin like L.A. is.

Used to live there, everybody waves at each other as they pass in their cars. The odd thing is at the bottom of the hill it's seedy Hollywood.

Nice neighborhood for sure. But Ive seen many affluent neighborhood of Henderson,NV ( south suburb of Las Vegas ) and its really nice there too. When you are a multi millionnaire and you can afford to purchase nice mansions like these...why not? 😂😂😂
Last time I checked Las Vegas is not suitable for families. It doesn’t have high quality education, no ocean no beach, and there is just no comparison to LA
