The Hollywood Hills straddle the Cahuenga Pass within the Santa Monica Mountains. Exactly what I was thinking. “Oh, I don’t have to win the lotto for that. I can work towards that.” Or “it must be in a terrible location”. After finishing the video, I realized that it doesn’t have an entertainment room/area. It’s just a really pretty family home.

It is for Los Angeles. I live here and if you live in a 3 million dollar house it’s considered cheap. My friends and I were talking and they were joking about how she would zillow 3 million dollar houses and they would literally be like sheds. Of course this is in the city. This house is in the valley so it’s a lot cheaper there.

Yes. The problem with, let's say Bauhaus type design is that it's inherently cold, yet at the same time enduring. There's a balance, especially within a home enclave.
Although this house is smaller and cheaper than the rest, it’s more simple, three main colors, it’s definitely one of the best. It feels more like a house, not a vacation resort. LA needs more houses like this!

I agree! I must be middle class to the core. Huge mansions that require lots of staff to maintain don't appeal to me.
This house felt like the perfect full course meal that progresses and transitions perfectly throughout. The deeper you went in the house, the more personal each space began to feel. Super versatile as well. I kept imagining all of the different uses I could design for each room. The detail that went into this house is dope and highly appreciated 🙌🏾

One of the "cheapest" house on the channel, but BY FAR my favorite. It send more warm and positive vibes than any $50 M mansion with olympic size pool and private tennis court. If I ever get to build a house of my own, this would definitely be the inspiration.

The design/style/decoration is very unique. Very impressed by it.
I’ve been following this channel for a while but this is still my favourite house.
You can see it’s a quality build in the small details. I love the layout of the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge.
I say this in the least creepy and weird way possible but am i the only one who just realized that enes’ voice is so calm and almost soothing? LOL. Literally the only house tour channel i can watch bc they dont annoy me and the tours are done so well! Videos are so well produced, i love.

ken Gaulthier I felt this house DID have a view....it was refreshing to see trees out the windows. Lot is still crazy small if you live in New England, but the outside area was pretty. But astroturf? Really? Liked this house. Little change of pace.

Definitely a cute home. I love the finishing they used. The open concept living, dinning, an kitchen. The layout of the bedrooms with the master raise up a little. Just a cozy, quaint home. Also the back yard is laid out nicely.
Next I think he should show us his home tour he has a good taste it could be good to see where he leaves

Possibly my favorite home showcased on this channel. It feels like the kind of house someone would actually live in. The relatively minimalist style it has going on is beautiful. A good point you guys brought out is that each bedroom has its own identity, that's something that often annoyed me about some other houses I've seen on YT. Each room in a home should follow a "theme" so to speak, but they shouldn't be borderline copies of each other in my opinion. Its something this home does a excellent job of.
I have watched and rewatched every single video on your channel but I always comeback to this one! this house feels like home, feels like the perfect place to raise a family and have a beautiful everyday life no matter how rich u are! I love it

Great tour as always, and definitely one of my favourite properties this far. Love the Black&White+Wood colour scheme, the slight elevation changes in the house and the overall farmhouse style instead of the many super modern houses we get to see. Only thing I don't get is the tiny pool in such a huge backyard.

Really love the style and layout of this home. A great mid-century style large ranch home. It would be very comfortable to live in. Love the pool and back yard and big trees around. Perfect. One of the best houses you've toured. No wasted space unlike some of the properties you visit. Some people want unnecessary space because stuff the environment, I can afford it. This is the sort of design I'd build in the suburbs in Brisbane or Perth (Australia).
That is a home I see myself living in in the future.

Do the companies that do up the homes include the pricing of all the interiors in it as well? I'm from India and not familiar with how real estate works in the west, so I'm very curious about this.
All the furniture is part of the staging so it doesnt come with the house

If you could afford this house you shouldn’t have a big problem shopping for nice furnitures. Now if you want those exact staging sets you need to ask the agency who set those up, it’s a lot of hassle probably. 🤔

I really enjoyed the last modern farmhouse tour and I enjoyed this one as well! I think they all capture a sense of home while using black and white, or gray for the last house, I guess good use of wood would give you that feeling.

Probably the best home in the channel. Congrats to JJP for making such a good use of space and such a nice choice of materials. This is definitely more interesting than any other 10million$+ home for me. Too expensive homes are 95% of the time soulless.
I'm in love with this house 😍. Such a comfortable, beautiful and simple house. I'd definitely like to buy/build that kinda house. The only thing that bothered me was lack of skylight 😬. They could/should have put a skylight in the master bathroom or in other places of the house. It's still very good 😊 but skylight would have made a bit of difference. IMO
