my two cents
1. Change in technology ex. cloud, mobile and AI, ML
2. Cost consciousness in companies ex. revenue per employee
3. Demand and supply - we are producing milllions of engineering graduates every year its just not possible to absorb everyone so companies have better choice and say in selection
4. Gap in whet they learn in cllege and actual req.
5. Even candiates expectation has increased last few yrs ex. work from home, non accepatance of roles or work if not their choice
How many students admitted purely on the basis of merit??majority of students admitted through caste based reservations 😢😢😢😢😢😢private sector needs only merit 😅😅😅
