Because of the crossover with Irish influence in Birmingham we also say "You've got a cob on" for a mood and "Dead" for everything being bad or good. It was Dead Good, it was Dead Boring.

해리포터 제일 처음에 나오는 문장인데요 Mr. and Mrs. Dusley, of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much. 왜 thank you very much가 문장 중간에 나오는지 혹시 설명해 주실 수 있으신가요?ㅠㅠ 십몇년동안 너무 궁금합니다.

Haha I love you Brits! Could someone please explain to this Yank what the joke was from the show 'Keeping Up Appearances' in which Onslow exclaims "You were a Liverpool supporter!"
The wife and I are currently loving 'Dad's Army' for the first time after we'd run through the aforementioned and 'Are You Being Served?'. On a side note you'd probably think my heavy Midwest accent is desecrating your language...just put 'R's were there aren't supposed to be any.
