Great pose for knee pain . Will try and suggest others to try out this pose .
Thank you!!!
Thank you so much for this! Literally everything you said I could resonate with. I really really love this pose but my knee has been feeling like a bone has slipped or something and its causing me some discomfort so I'm really excited to try this!
Can't wait for you to try it!! Glad you resonated so much!
That is why hurt my knee lol
Well hopefully this helps for next time!
thanks for the great video, pidgeon pose always seems to aggravate my knees, but feels great for my glutes/hips so this is a much needed modification for me i think.

Thanks for watching!
Very interested in for my knee pain, but I can't have subtitles translations.
I can't all understand 😅
Oh no! I wish RUclips did translations!
Which part of the knee (specifically) is likely to be put under pressure when doing this with insufficient hip mobility?
Getting to the point: Would it be the arcuate popliteal ligament in the postereolateral corner? Heard a pop, now struggle with mild/annoying pain around the fibular head when externally rotating the knee. I have no trouble running or squatting, which suggests to me a minor structure, and not the LCL. Getting it assessed, but curious right now in the waiting time!
I guess it depends because in general it can just put torque on the knee. It would be surprising to me if it caused any significant damage though. Best of luck with the assessment!
