Plot twist: It was actually Transformers Theories who was the story writer for the Transformers movies but due to his creative and logical plot , he was fired from the team.
Apparently one of the endings to DOTM had megatron and prime both agreeing to a truce as long as megatron and the decepticons left earth. Obviously if this happened Age of extinction and The Last Knight wouldn't happen so that ending was apparently axed.

I kinda think it's ironic, since Megatron was always a Cybertronian vehicle and hated the humans, now he scanned an earth vehicle. I feel pretty bad for him, when he went in hiding in Africa, recovering from his wounds, and having those scalpel bots repair him. The idea of them crawling all over him kinda looks cool and creepy, they're helping him, but they're also like parasites.
Idk i feel like a big part of it was because optimus was holding a lot back. I mean, he pretty much looked up to the guy, and Sentinel quite literally stabbed Optimus in the back in the latter half of the movie

I'd say it was kinda like Pokemon's type effectiveness. Sentinel's shield could stop Optimus' rush down, giving Sentinel the advantage. Megatron's range(and surprise attack) made the shield inadequate to handle. Optimus' rush down prevented Megatron from getting the upper hand. For a Micheal Bay film, I thought about that to much XD

After they left, Megatron signaled to search for remnants. He came across deception corpses, including The Fallen’s. Starscream then found a truck and presented it to Megatron. Megatron scanned the truck and transformed. He converted back and felt his head, the embarrassing scar still there. He covered it with his hand and grabbed a tarp off a ruined building to cover it up. Then a car rolled up, and it converted into Soundwave. He greeted his master and after seeing the damage done to him, deployed Scalpel bots into his body to repair him. Afterwards they scavenged what they could, rubble, scrap, and the Longhaul clone to make Igor. They “rolled out” and built a camp, where they hid for some time, planning for their next attack.
I don't know why but I love the idea of decepticon hatchlings, its even more interesting if you look at most of the background decepticons and there mostly just casually doing things
Megatron changing dramatically was something that was confusing, but what mostly confused me the most was that barricade kept constantly leaving and returning into the series.

I still think the idea of how a transformer can customize their schematics to add features to their looks along with weapons after scanning a vehicle needs it's own video. Drift looking like a samurai, Hound looking like a bearded soldier loaded with weapons, even Optimus making himself look like a knight.
Nice theory. Personally, for the dotm game, I think it is cannon, but from a different universe. The reason why is because transformers does have a multiverses with the most popular being shattered glass so the game could be from a universe where dotm does happen but the main difference is in one universe everyone has stealth force while the the other one only has two, being bumblebee and sideswipe

As a kid, I always questioned the canonizaty of the the DotM game (even though it was fun to play online before the exploits). I think it's interesting that in the game, which us a prequel to the movie, Megatron can absorb energon from other cybertronians, but in the movie immediately afterwards, he's seen feeding energon to hatchlings. Hmmmmmm 🤔 By the way I just discovered this channel, looks great! I would suggest speaking about 15% slower. The music at the start of the video, whenever I hear that in the films, I get goosebumps! I really like the films. They are entertaining funny, full of action, and enjoyable. Just note about Soundwave in Rotf if you pay attention to detail he had 4 eyes in that movie but when he arrived on earth to scan a vehicle it Changed from 4 eyes to 2 eyes
5:45 maybe he rebuild his arm before he scan the truck , but he couldn't transformers because it's not his old one so he couldn't transformers to his tank mode But when he scanned the truck , maybe his full body was rebuild as a truck , so all of his body parts would allow him to transform But I am not sure about his arm cannon .
I remember in G1 when Prime lost his right arm and was turned into security turret but Prime can still TRANSFORM. Megatron in TF Prime can also transform with a deceased ancient Prime arm or no arm.

I have a few questions about the transformers’ scanning thing •Does the transformer need every part of what they’re transforming to, or can they scan something and immediately have all the parts (Soundwaves’ Mercedes chest logo) •Does the size of the scanned vehicle/auto it effect what they can transform into? (Ex. Can bee and Optimus switch vehicles if they wanted to?) •Do the transformers’ parts limit what they can transform into or can they find what they’re missing later •Can they only scan what certain vehicles based on what parts they have (Could megatron transform into a non weaponized vehicle prior to loosing his arm cannon?)
They need to have all the parts, Soundwave chest was an animation error on ILMs part, optimus and bee could scan other cars relitive to their size, and if a transformer is missing a limb they cant transform
Okay, I never really saw the Bayformers movies, despite how much I think the ROTF Construction designs are the absolute goat, but laserbeaks transformation at 2:34? Awesome.
Personally I choose to believe that (with the exception of his missing arm) Megatron simply recovered, cybertronians are often refered to as metallic organisms and not simply robots "the t-cog isn't technology, it is biology" Starscream TFP and yes I know TFP is a separate continuity but my point is perhaps being an adherently biological entity most of megatrons damages just simply healed naturally as he took time to rest, slightly accelerated by the little drones. That's what I choose to beieve.
The first film establishes Scorponok's tail is regenerating from the sabot round (Only thing that could hurt Transformers at the time) before it comes "alive" on the plane and gets strapped down, by the time of Revenge of the Fallen he had regrown his tail so Megs could recover naturally over time.
Another reason Megatron probably also chose to live in Namibia is because Namibia is one of the most under populated places on earth. It's the perfect place to hide from people
In all reality he was never truly broken. His arm was simply twisted so that was like a dislocated joint. And the right side of his head had a piece blown out but didn’t kill him and it remained unfixed. So I’d say that Soundwave could have helped him or maybe even Starscream.

@@Theorymus He had his memories from the start as Galvatron and even had some from Sentinel Prime since memory data from both of their heads were used in the memory core of Galvatron. My guess is Megatron's consciousness survived without his spark in his severed head because he was once revived with an allspark shard. That said, getting a new body doesn't mean he got a new spark. That's why I wanna know if Quintessa reignited his spark when she reformatted him into his knight form. Or if he's technically still sparkless. The wiki says nothing about it other than Quintessa reformatted him

I think it's interesting that in the game, which us a prequel to the movie, Megatron can absorb energon from other cybertronians, but in the movie immediately afterwards, he's seen feeding energon to hatchlings.

DoTM:the movie goes normal until the highway chase mirage would throw hatchet into the air where blackout would catch hatchet,throw him in the ocean,and would drop a bomb into the ocean killing hatchet now the scene where sentinel betrays the autobots blackout shoots sentinel,but sentinel shoots his rust cannon on blackouts propeller,but the nest soldiers would put the oil on him,now the hostage scene after que dies he kills most of the drones and I would give him his own battle with brawl he tells his old friend to"join the autobots" but brawl says "no" so blackout slices brawl in half

I thought it was always funny watching megatron beating the crap out of starscream for trying to kill him
5:45 maybe he rebuild his arm before he scan the truck , but he couldn't transformers because it's not his old one so he couldn't transformers to his tank mode
But when he scanned the truck , maybe his full body was rebuild as a truck , so all of his body parts would allow him to transform
But I am not sure about his arm cannon .
If I'm not wrong megatron fusion cannon or his right arm got cut out by optimus prime

I remember in G1 when Prime lost his right arm and was turned into security turret but Prime can still TRANSFORM. Megatron in TF Prime can also transform with a deceased ancient Prime arm or no arm.

I have a few questions about the transformers’ scanning thing
•Does the transformer need every part of what they’re transforming to, or can they scan something and immediately have all the parts (Soundwaves’ Mercedes chest logo)
•Does the size of the scanned vehicle/auto it effect what they can transform into? (Ex. Can bee and Optimus switch vehicles if they wanted to?)
•Do the transformers’ parts limit what they can transform into or can they find what they’re missing later
•Can they only scan what certain vehicles based on what parts they have (Could megatron transform into a non weaponized vehicle prior to loosing his arm cannon?)
They need to have all the parts, Soundwave chest was an animation error on ILMs part, optimus and bee could scan other cars relitive to their size, and if a transformer is missing a limb they cant transform
Unrelated but anyone else see him as like the general grievous of transformers

Personally I choose to believe that (with the exception of his missing arm) Megatron simply recovered, cybertronians are often refered to as metallic organisms and not simply robots "the t-cog isn't technology, it is biology" Starscream TFP and yes I know TFP is a separate continuity but my point is perhaps being an adherently biological entity most of megatrons damages just simply healed naturally as he took time to rest, slightly accelerated by the little drones. That's what I choose to beieve.

The first film establishes Scorponok's tail is regenerating from the sabot round (Only thing that could hurt Transformers at the time) before it comes "alive" on the plane and gets strapped down, by the time of Revenge of the Fallen he had regrown his tail so Megs could recover naturally over time.

In the DOTM book, Megatron feeds the hatchlings with the energon leaking from the wound on his head.
In all reality he was never truly broken. His arm was simply twisted so that was like a dislocated joint. And the right side of his head had a piece blown out but didn’t kill him and it remained unfixed. So I’d say that Soundwave could have helped him or maybe even Starscream.

Well he always had his memories they just slowly came back to him, quintessa just gave him a new body
@@Theorymus He had his memories from the start as Galvatron and even had some from Sentinel Prime since memory data from both of their heads were used in the memory core of Galvatron. My guess is Megatron's consciousness survived without his spark in his severed head because he was once revived with an allspark shard. That said, getting a new body doesn't mean he got a new spark. That's why I wanna know if Quintessa reignited his spark when she reformatted him into his knight form. Or if he's technically still sparkless. The wiki says nothing about it other than Quintessa reformatted him
