I saw this scene and it confirms that you don't need ghosts or monsters to create terror, life itself already has terrifying situations.
This scene is one hell of a scariest intense intro of a Horror movie. That's why I really love the movie because you do not what will be jumpscares next.
The architects really knew what they were doing when they designed this house.
This was actually the last film I saw in theaters. I actually saw it on Leap Day RIGHT before they closed them all due to the pandemic and things got worse. This scene had me on the edge of my seat and freezing up at certain parts.
Me too bro and I miss itn
I miss the movie theaters. Last movie I saw was MHA Heroes Rising. Happy I got to see this too.
SAME!!
Same here
Me too
From what was said about what he was like, it’s amazing that she actually was able to make it as far as she did
One of the finest and most intense and most well-done scenes in motion picture history! Fantastic!
All Adrian would need to do is tell everyone she's the abuser and the whole world would be on his side.
That’s one hell of an opening scene
This is why I do my best to keep my go/ emergency bag in the car. The anxiety this scene gave me is too much. It also gave me flashbacks 😔
Such an amazing movie. And arguably the last great scary movie before Covid.
Post-Covid, horror films have been 💩.
I’ve watched this with guys, and watched it again with a group of women and it terrified the 💩 out of them. This movie definitely hits different with women than it does for men. For obvious reasons.
And I know for a fact, there are women that have been controlled, terrified and traumatized by men in their lives. The last look she gives to the camera, is immensely powerful.
Her getting away was always something Adrian knew about, you can tell because when she's in the kitchen, and the camera pans over, you can hear the whizzing and clicking of the suit, revealing Adrian's brother is there.
@Zetta dotta Not if her escaping is part of the plan. Adrien's a Psychopath, possessive, controlling, murderous, intelligent, manipulative, he knew she was taking the drug, the password for the suit room was the date he met her, his plan from the very moment he saw her may very well have been to break her, he did say that if she ever left him he'd come up to her and she wouldn't even know he was there.
@Zetta dotta He's actually a psychopath. Sociopaths are out of control and violent while psychopaths are colder, more in control and deadly
@Zetta dotta Well, seeing as I have read multiple psychology textbooks in college about it, I'd say I'm right on the money, also the director himself admitted the brother was there in the opening scene, even said that at any point in the film where you hear the whizzing and clicking, it's one of the brothers in the suit.
@@GhostFang798 Psychopaths don't realize when they're hurting. Sociopaths do, but they don't care. Adrian is a sociopath.
Interesting thought!
"The Invisible Man"(2020) is an excellent science fiction horror movie, and it is of course the best horror movie for 2020!
Nice one.
@@ronin_user Yes!It is! This movie is a modern horror masterpiece!
All of the questions and mysteries asked were explained as soon as Adrian punched through the glass window
Ladies, this is how you should leave an abusive partner. With absolute stealth to protect yourself.
It only had to be done this way cus how super intelligent he was
That's the subtext of the film
Such a tense opening to a movie.
Dog bowl heart attack.
This scene looks a lil intense wow
And that's how you fucking do it.
I'm using this movie as a part of my school work. Well this gonna be fun
I saw this in the theatres last yr, but was actually late and missed almost the first 10’. It’s good to see what I had missed, and this is a surprisingly good movie, I enjoyed it a lot.

@Zetta dotta she got $100 million after his fake death. That’s a lot of money though.
@Zetta dotta she got $100 million total. She was getting $10 million a month.
@@adamjones1521 are you like a teenager or something? Because you’re not understanding why would someone leave a men like that, regardless of how much money he has
