I've always said the blue album is the anti-nirvana. Similar influences, but blue is very upbeat for the most part, compared to the bleakness of most of Nirvana's material. Pinkerton on the other hand is the post-Nirvana, going back to being sad and angry

I’d love to hear something like this done with Primus. Either a classic song in their style (ex. Bullet With Butterfly Wings, Don’t Tread On Me, Bulls On Parade, etc) or My Name is Mud or Jerry Was a Race Car Driver in the style of somebody else (ex. Rob Zombie, The Offspring, The Cure, etc). You’re obviously very talented and have a grasp on the small touches that really define the sound of a group. I think you could do so really off-the-wall, incredible stuff with this format!
