How much do YOU spend on your paddle?

I pay 130. for my Diadem warrior from a rep. here in Boise. I love it. At the courts, I handle everyone else's paddles and always find myself satisfied with what I have.

I’m a “blame the wizard not the wand” guy and got the 16mm v7 Flash as my 1st “real” paddle after getting to about 3.0 with an amazon kit and realizing I’d be playing this game for awhile. With nothing to compare it to, all I can objectively say is I have no complaints and would repurchase or try the 14mm version if I broke mine. I refuse to even hold other people’s paddles because I don’t want to believe theres anything better out there that will get more money from me lol

I have to say this was the first non thermoformed paddle that I fell completely in love with. Very good paddle. I have the Vatic Pro Flash now as my main one, took a little while to get use to, but I absolutely love it now. It’s worth the upgrade over time, but the Prism Flash is an awesome affordable paddle, I’d recommend it to anyone as there first paddle hands down. Just got the Bread and Butter Loco and to me it’s in between the prism flash and the pro flash.

Own both - i prefer the V7 for the extra sweet spot & reach, but BOTH are FANTASTIC paddles that are SUPER fun, with WICKED SPIN, great control and POWER ON DEMAND... HANDS DOWN the best value on the market and for me, the MOST FUN paddle (I also have several Gruvn's, but not the newer MUVN (why spend the extra $$$ if I can get one of either of these sub-$100)...
I concur - recommend to EVERYONE - newbies to highly experienced players... my Vatic Flash is just TOO jumpy and I frequently hit long with it....but the Prism V7 has plenty of bang, especially for the low bucks.... Plus the purple colorway is one of the nicest LOOKING paddles out there...
    Thanks for the coverage, guys!

Great review and totally agreed with the analysis. I’m a 60+ yo beginner and I’m playing with both 6.0 DBD and prism flash looking for pricing, balance, power and control. The Prism is lacking the power and absorption of a thermal formed paddle but it has the softness and controls. So far it hold up very well and I think it’s the best paddle under $100. Also for around $150, 6.0 paddles are the best, imo.

I've got the 14mm vatic prism flash and the 14mm 6.0 DBD. Personally I slightly prefer the vatic over the DBD due to the more direct feel/feedback. The 6.0 has a more cushioned feel. The paddles play very similar to each other and I've played them both back to back many times. The flash is an unbeatable paddle for the money.

I'm all in on the Prism Flash 16mm. Maybe it just coincided with an inevitable improvement of my play, but it happened when i got this paddle. Now I have that super confidence in the paddle. I look at all the new paddles coming out now and get all hyped up. But then I remember how much I love the VP 16mm Prism Flash and that's it's only $90 (with code)!!!!! And then I go no further. Except to start looking at shoes.

I've had both the vatic prism flash 16MM and 6.0 DBD 16mm. I've also had the Joola Hyperion CFS.
Joola just too heavy for me. But between the DBD and the Vatic, I honestly have a hard time telling which paddle is better. They're both amazing. And that tells me that the Vatic is just amazing value.
