I disagree with you on your summation. You did not include the resale value of both these almost identical cars in your review. The Toyota ZX with its better interiors and Toyota Brand Name will fetch a lot more than the "percieved downmarket" Suzuki brand. Given an option any second hand buyer would choose the Toyota over Suzuki. (Disclaimer: I recently took delivery of a Toyota Hycross ZX.)

Nope body is same only difference is that there are some missing features in invicto
