In 2010 an interesting study was reported In Genes and Cancer ("Andrographolide, an Herbal Medicine, Inhibits Interleukin-6 Expression and Suppresses Prostate Cancer Cell Growth," DOI: 10.1177/1947601910383416). Are you aware of any advances in the use of Andrographis in treating prostate cancer?
There have been a few more studies showing inhibition of prostate cancer cell growth. But this is test tube research and does not really inform clinical choices in my view. Hence we await clinical trials for Andrographis in this condition.
