I can not believe it. Yesterday I watched this video while riding inside, and today I watched the tour stage with this same route. I felt like I knew the route because I was there the day before !
I have to say wow! I am completely addicted to your videos and have done a lot of them. This one must of been the most challenging. The inclines after the huge town were crazy! I was exhausted after just one! Great video!
Bike the World , thank you! I am a daily viewer, and I appreciate the video quality, pace, scenery, and length of the videos, along with the lack of annoying music. Keep up the amazing work, and good luck growing the channel!👍
Hi Andrew, thank you for caring about the cyclist on the side of the road. That section is very steep and it was quite hot. So she needed a break. They asked us to tell their front group that they had stopped. So she was in good hands :-)
I broke my derailleur arm hanger 1km from top and had to walk last bit! I think it’s the toughest French climb because it is in top 10 for elevation gain but it is over one degree steeper on average than the others and the stuff on the cycle path above meribel is naughty.
Ohh no... So close... With the steepness of this climb, it must have been really difficult to walk up in cycling shoes. I hope you had the derailleur fixed, and a chance to do the remaining part. This climb is a beast. Even for the pros...
the video is good from 47:13 but before there is a conflict of fps and jerks (camera at 24 or 25 encoding at 30): you have to set everything to 30fps and no longer change.
Yes, COVID-19 has really made it impossible to cover those areas. Hopefully, that will change in the next couple of years. Any suggestions to world class rides in those areas?
hmmm. I enjoy the scenery, but this is filmed from a car, correct? The feel is slightly off. I discovered your channel yesterday and loved the smooth image. But the pace is too fast for a steep climb, and slowing the video down degrades the image. We see reflections on the windscreen and the other cyclists don't wave to you! Must be a car.
No worries Mathew, Many like it fast so they are not bored. But you can adjust the speed in the lower right corner if it is too fast for your liking. BtW no cars are allowed on Col de la Loze.
Love the car-free road to Col de la Loze
It is beautiful but cruel...
So beautiful! Thank you.

We totally agree. It is a completely different experience to follow the Tour when one has done the route before the peloton :-)
Thank you so much. You took me out of my basement to be in France for 90 minutes. Another awesome video.
Great ride up, the time just flew by but i have to say it is much easier skiing down it. Wahoo.

Yes, the last part is really difficult. If you follow the Tour de France, you can see that even for strong riders, it is difficult.
I love your videos. Best workout video channel on RUclips.
Wow, thank you for the awesome feedback :-)

Brings back memories - I’ve ski,d down that many a time in the winter - can’t wait to see it in all its glory tomorrow - love your stuff too 🤛🤛
Another brilliant ride. Hope the cyclist at the side of the road was okay. I suspect a broken collarbone. Thanks Cycle The World.

Thank you! 😅
merci pour la vidéo...j’ai fait 40 kilomètres en 85 minutes sur mon vélo d'appartement!
Great view at the end good way to end the ride thanks.
Thank you! Great to see what the Tour will be tackling tomorrow.

Jean Thevenet up to 47 minutes it's filmed from a motor vehicle!
@@roberthill2566
but it has nothing to do with fps difference error
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Good video...your title says "Bike The World" but I don't see any trails in Canada, US or South America. Only the other side of the Atlantic...

Si d'aucuns tombent du bord de la route, on les ramasse au fond de la vallée.

Impressive climb! Pfff.
En choisissant ce parcours, les organisateurs du tour ont envie de casser du compétiteur.
1.31.25 Sorry. Making a film. Can't stop. Sort yourself out girls.
Nice.
She was just fatigued and resting and only asked to notify other group members further ahead.
