Adam is suited for someone who is not bad at cooking per se but is still learning different techniques. Josh is far more suited to someone who has picked up lots of skill over the course of his cooking
not gonna lie, the recipe isn't even that hard, and baking is fun enough that doing the dishes afterward is something I don't mind doing. after my third batch I nailed Joshua's macarons so do with this info as you please
