Welcome back to the finest county in the land, Essex, my home county! This short 3.25 mile walk was based in one of the more well known areas of Essex, the vast and ancient Epping Forest! I passed the derelict but being restored Copped Hall, which overlooks the M25 motorway. I also drank an out of date cider.
This was my second day walk that I have done to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support charity (I've been doing walks on a treadmill to boost my total mileage for October, the aim being to reach 100 miles) and for once the weather behaved itself.

Haha cheers but believe it or not I didn't want to lose any weight, I'd been trying to gain a bit more to help with my strength training in the gym! I'm frightened to weigh myself knowing I've lost a lot of what I have worked hard for! But my walking fitness has benefitted from it at least. Instead I feel like I'm going to be crushed when I lift anything heavy in the gym lol. Cheers for watching mate. X

Really interesting walk Tom. I must have driven over that tunnel loads of times on my way to the Dartford Crossing without knowing it, so many hidden gems on that walk. By the way, whenever anyone mentions 'dogging' now it always reminds me of that episode from 'Carshare'...hilarious!!

Man we really don't have to have the walk by, if you have to, only once is enough mate! Save your legs for the walks.
Makes for better quality videos and it's all extra miles I can potentially add to the total lol. I don't want this charity work to interfere with the normal running of my channel. But thanks!
