Dr mak I have a question.. Whenever I do endo on 46 and as according to the rule I put my clamp on 46.. It gives limitation to my endo files to perform shaping as I do manual shaping not with the endomotor.. What do u say about it?
@@drmurtazamak Doc i still have problem with rubberdam in contact points, can you make video how to deal with it? How to pass rubberdam trough contact points?🙏🙏
Please make a video on Rubberdam isolation in restoration cases like deep class 2 , thank you so much for your video , I was confused with so many clamps in market.
It’s aids with retention of clamp. Even some of the other clamps have it as well. Some of the new clamps have these serrated jaws for better retention of the clamps.
What about isolating the second molar? Do I put the clamp on it if there is no tooth behind? Also does it matter if I put the rubber on from mesial to distal or other way around before I place the clamp? Thanks!
So the clamp always go on the distal tooth. So if there no 8 present. Then you put the clamp on the second molar. Just make sure you have 4 point contact, and there is no tear present. Accidentally if any opening present, just seal it with gingival barrier or liquid rubberdam so you have maintained good isolation. In the clinical scenario we generally put the exam in reverse fashion somedays. But from the exam point of you it needs to be facing distally. Best of luck 👌👌
@@drmurtazamak yes i saw your video about salary of dentist and it's completely based on their skills! 👌But kindly share me the link about advantages, disadvantages and earnings of self owned dental practices if you did the video regarding this already ..
Is it me or are you messing up the first and second quadrant of the maxilla? First quadrant should be the left half and the second quadrant should be the right side of your patient's maxilla. Not the other way around.

Thanks for the video. I have a question - why 13A and 12A have sarreted jaws and other clamps don't?

@@drmurtazamak thanks much.. will be useful
You made a lil mismatch @ 5:22 & 6:57 in position selection for 13A , 12A.
I am aware of it- I already corrected myself in the same video. Watch the full video again to review it 👍
What brand are the clamps?
Don’t worry about the brand. Just focus on the clamp number. That’s more important 👍
Awesome Awesome Awesome
Thank you 🙏🙏😊😊😊
Thanks for the video dr. Which RD sheet is better medium or heavy ?
Use the same one that comes in the exam 👍
Sir where is the next part to it.. as in how to place it?
That’s part of my online course. There are 8 parts for this rubber dam lecture.

First quadrant is patients right maxilla and second one is patients left maxilla
1st quadrant is right side
