Miyako playing her 7-string, from Strictly 7 guitars! 🎸🔥🤘
The singer is Aya Kamiki, was singing with Uroboros. She is still writing and acting as an actress. This SLR was a kind of short term side project from 2017 to 2018 releasing only one CD which is still in the market. SLR was just a two women unit and Aya and Miya (Miyako), they both were too busy for each own business. It was the time that Lovebites was founded and going for tour in Europe. Hope they'll be dancing with you in your dream tonight.

It has probably been mentioned but the music for this song was composed by Miyako, with the lyrics by the vocalist Aya Kamiki. I think Sonic Lover Reckless only released 3 songs and the is the only one composed by Miyako. Before she became an official member of Lovebites, Miyako composed 4 songs for Awakening From Abyss plus the instrumental opening track called The Awakening (Miyako had intended The Awakening to be a concert opener but the band decided to also make it the album opener). Miyako became an official member of Lovebites in August 2017, Phoenix was released digitally in September 2017, and Awakening From Abyss was released in October 2017. An eventful 3 months.
The lead singer's name is Aya Kamiki. This is Miyako's "final project" just before she became full time with Lovebites back in 2017. I believe they only produced one CD/DVD compilation with 3 songs and this duo/band is no longer active.

I remember, that Aya had some family business (birth) and went inactive. Miyako is active with LOVEBITES...

Yep, hoping they make a stop in the Bay Area when they hit the USA in September. No way they spend a lot of money to go to the USA, only to play in Atlanta.
Cool project more of a poppy vibe here and the guitar goes well with it! Fun song!
I don't recall seeing Miyako play a 7-string in Lovebites yet. This is a more "standard" song, straight forward with Miyako doing a lot of work on the guitar to fill in the sound.
Miyako played 6 string guitars in LOVEBITES and 21G.
Miyako played 7 string guitars in A DROP OF JOKER and SONIC LOVER RECKLESS.

Before LOVEBITES, Miyako played in two bands at the same time: A DROP OF JOKER and 21G. Moreover, in A DROP OF JOKER Miyako was the leader. But in 2016, A DROP OF JOKER disbanded (the last concert took place on April 30, 2016).
In the late spring - early summer of 2016, Miyako decided to join a new band (as a support musician), which was created by Miho and which later became known as LOVEBITES (since November 2016). At that time, Miyako was a member of the band 21G which she played until March 2019.
21G (21 GRAMS) - the weight of the human soul after it leaves the body of a deceased personin.
Until August 2017, LOVEBITES was a 4-member band : Miho, Haruna, Midori and Asami. Miyako was a support musician (guest). As a support musician, Miyako participated in the recording of the first "The Lovebites EP" (May 2017).
In the spring of 2017, SONIC LOVER RECKLESS was formed, which consisted of Aya Kamiki and Miyako. For the recording and concerts, Aya and Miyako used guest musicians (support). That's why in MV it's just the two of them. SONIC LOVER RECKLESS lasted until the end of 2018.
The first single from SONIC LOVER RECKLESS 'Phoenix' ( 3 songs) was released digitally in September 2017, when Miyako was already a permanent member of LOVEBITES (since August 2017).
In December 2018, the CD 'The Phoenix' and the concert DVD (Live, September 14, 2018) SONIC LOVER RECKLESS were released.
Not really Miyako's "previous group", but a project she was doing with Aya Kamiki while also working on Lovebites. Her previous bands include 21g and A Drop of Joker, both of which went hard--as one might expect. In this song, there are three guitar tracks and of course Miyako recorded all of them.

Another cool reaction. I mentioned this on another SLR reaction that, since some japanese bands like to enter the stage at the encore in more private outfits one might hope that Lovebites would do an encore dressed like this, playing this song with Aya as a guest, wouldn't that be something to remember, at least I think so. Anyways, keep on reacting.
I have the CD/DVD. SLR only produced three songs and then faded away. The DVD is okay, kind of your standard club show, nothing really special. What’s cool to me about the DVD is that there’s a support guitarist on there, and it’s Leda, one of the usual members of Babymetal’s Kami Band during the 2010s and early 2020s. Midori and Miho visited Miyako backstage before the show, too. Also, in order to order the CD, I had to promise not to reveal where I got it from. Weird.
I bought mine from eBay and no secrets required, just a little pricey.

yeah it's not Lovebites, but it's very guitar-centric, which carried over...
its a duo. its a short live band because upon the release of their ep the singer got pregnant. and miyako is on lovebite by that time.
Aya didn’t get pregnant until a year or two after SLR.
