I've seen a bunch of comments asking about it, so here's an answer: I had never seen ARTV's videos before today. Just checked him out and he seems like a good guy. Fiverr must've contacted both of us at the same time about the redesigns and we both ended up making videos revolving around them. No big controversy. Watch his video, watch mine, watch both, doesn't matter lol. Have a happy Thanksgiving folks 💘

It’s my favorite. The repeated TAYLOR SWIFT. As if it were newspaper headlines. Every rep song has some sort of commentary on how joe saw past everything happening to her. Kanye, rumors and just about all the negativity in her life. Her name in the headline font is not covering the whole album cover just half her face and the side and to me it means she’s passed all of it “ my reputation’s never been worse so you must like me for me”. And she’s literally Past it all LOVER is definitely her seeing the good in just accepting it and moving on because she’s in love and it’s been proven to her that joe doesn’t care about what they say of her and he LOVES her

The band actually persisted on getting that photograph for their album after being rejected multiple times by the photographer. @@SirAnthonyChirpsALot The Beatles are one of my favorite bands but I don't love their pre-Rubber Soul albums as much as their later albums. So, at first I was skeptical of your claim about the cover of With the Beatles, but I did some research into it. I do have to admit that more thought and effort was put into its design than I had assumed. Though I think it was still only somewhat of an outlier at the time it was released. It still fit into the norm of album covers in the early 60's just being a simple photo of the band members, even if it was edited in a certain way. I think Revolver's cover is what really lit the spark for album covers to have more creative designs.

This video is very inspirational :D. I remember as a kid, with the last report card of the year we didnt get money, no, we went to the record store as a family as tradition every year and picked out one record each. My brother and I usually picked something based on the album artwork, listened to it in store, and if we liked it we got to buy it. It was such a wonderful experience, and later in life I got into creating art myself. I graduated in Game art and am now studying Illustration & animation, to try and become an illustrator & animator for the sake of music (album covers, music videos, posters etc). Nothing has brought me more joy then the diversity there is to find, and lately I've been going back into the habbit of trying new music just based on the art, giving it a shot and if I like it, it's a stayer. I do this via r/albumartporn on reddit, save what I visually like, and look it up on spotify. It has brought me a few gems already. Last but not least I really like the modern look the born in the usa album redesign has ^^, Would love to see more videos about album covers in general and their relation to the music of the given project. Is nobody gonna mention “Crisis! What Crisis?” By Supertramp? Not only is the actual songs in it amazing but the album cover is also fantastic. For those who don’t know it’s a man in swimming shorts and sunglasses sitting on an orange and white chair under an umbrella of the same colour. That small segment is the only part of the album cover with actual colours. Meanwhile behind this relaxed man is a breaking down almost dystopian city of factory’s and other not great things. Not only does this correlate to the title but also reflects the denial of plenty of governments of modern day growing problems. It mirrors politicians and governments living in their own little paradise unaware of the “crisis” behind them or more in denial of the crisis. It’s a great album cover that conveys a message that still holds up today.
