I would love to see Pikkon come back. He seems like he should be next in line for characters who have been on a hiatus (Frieza, Trunks, 17) returning. Maybe he died defending a planet from Moro?

I’m surprised pikkon has more than 2 fans because he’s only done 2 useful things help goku beat frieza and cell and get fucked up by janemba . Kid buu washed him , ssjkk washed him like he’s ssj2 level very forgettable and people are comparing him to roshi who clowned jiren , gohan that fought kefla, the humans are damn near ssj3 level we seen krillin fight that and piccolo beating those nameks what type of fusion reborn jelly beans y’all smoking.

Pikkon, at best, is SSj2, maybe reaching 3.
But roshi and krillin are definitely SSj3 levels with high intellect.
Nothin about pikkon scratches the technical fighter aspect, so even if he was on their level, he wouldn't provide much more strength and have less knowledge

Pikkons training would largely consist of the kais using him to clean up otherworld. Which would give him a huge amount of fighting experience. And if he so happened to get the grand kais special training within this time I would put his power level at a ssj4 strength... just give him a transformation
In the Tournament of Power, i would put Pikk9n close to the same level as Android 17. Considering how strong everyone else became, the fact that Pilkon is a fighter who is always working on bettering himself as a martial artist similar to Goku, I see no reason why Pilkon would be anywhere below Android 17, Piccolo. He wouldn't be as strong as Golden Frieza, but would be noticable above ToP Gohan

Pikkon is stronger than both Frieza, 17, 18 and Cell (when he is first encountered). It would only make sense that he would potentially become either close in power to them in Super or possibly substantially more powerful. Of course like you mentioned in the video it would all come down to a proper training regimen.
Him being trained by the Supreme Kai or better yet Goku and Whis would be the best option. Then again 18 grew exponentially more powerful fighting weak sauce poachers.

I believe Cell was repressed, so Pikkon is between ssj & ssj2 level at his introduction. That being said, his growth was probably stunted before Goku as he didn’t have an actual challenge. Then they could’ve trained 7 years together.
Realistically, I see Pikkon being on Piccolo’s level. The two are parallels anyway, why not a fusion?

Pikkon would've reached SSJB tier in a flash, if Gohan can go from being weaker than Piccolo wile SSJ2 form to being a rival to SSJB in the same day, then Pikkon who trains constantly can do it too far weaker characters have been given that position just out of nowhere, in super, fodder characters like android 17, Frieza, Trunks a weakened untrained Gohan, U6 saiyans heck even Ribrianne, are all rivaling and even surpassing Goku and Vegeta's bases SSJ forms and even SSJB forms just by the way super is written in a lazy way to make everyone relevant again, so Pikkon would get the same power boost that everyone else has been getting which would be justified as "he did training" that's just what justifies every lazy power boost in super, Roshi is suddenly SSJ level getting hits on frost and in the manga is dodging hits from Jiren, of course Pikkon would be SSJB level if he was shoe horned into the tournament of power, look at all the weak ass characters, in every universe team, 99% of them looked like complete useless fodder, just jokes, so Pikkon a more serious character would be one of the stronger characters similar to Hit, SSJB doesn't even have a power level its all plot, it goes up and down, but remains not too far away for early buu saga tier characters to reach.
Pikkon would have been the answer to the Frost threat. He would have relieved 18 to fight along 17 which made a better pair fighting together than 18 and Krillin. He would have probably kept Piccolo from falling off the platform but would have lost to Hit, Jiren, Toppo. Pikkon would have lost to Kefla. Since Frieza was technically dead he would have done fine too and revived by Beerus to live in the Western Quadrant and train with a body.
Pikkon was stronger than Perfect Cell (who was almost SSJ2) when first introduced. Android 17 was stronger than a Super Sayajin 1 when first introduced. In Super Pikkon would most likely be stronger than 17.
If only Piccolo scaled like 17 seeing as they were practically equal in DBZ.

Pikkon isn’t important enough and under the otherworld power restrictions 17 was built to improve pikkon in the 7 year span between cell and buu he’s stayed at perfect cell level he’s a side character that’s it. Saying he’s gonna over power characters written and built to become strong as or stronger than goku is absurd also remember gero only had them so low because he predicted goku to be weaker heart virus and all so the androids but 16 are supposed to be near on slightly lower than goku level. That’s why 17 is at ssjb level pikkon was a fighter in his own way it makes more sense to compare him to the super warriors but even then no super warrior has surpassed ssj3 krillin is a low god level maybe but that’s it.
In DBS, Pikkon would have been comparable to Hit. But below Jiren, UI Goku, UE Vegeta, & Kefla

Everyone that fights goku and lives then learns how to transform. Having a long established relationship with the west kai would imply that he could've gotten to training with whis long before goku did.

Great video! Thanks for covering this topic as I have spoke to many people and where they all say he would be a ringer, I tend to agree very much with you guys. He would knock out a few weaker opponents then get knocked out himself.

Thinking about it, goku should've lost to him badly in the tournament yet gaining his respect to the point Pikkon accepts his challenge throughout the 7 years while also becoming a training partner. This will explain the ssj3 achievement of Goku apt better, an established way to show how goku overcame him.
Pikkon was like Hit, he showed up and he was this badass who was stronger than all of the Z fighters. I assume he would get the same treatment Hit did: he would measure up to the high Tiers, but be weaker than Goku and Vegeta. I think you guys are underestimating him a bit. Especially if we assume he's getting the 17 treatment...

I think both of you under stated his experience as a fighter. His power would have been mid tier like you said but he was experienced and smart he could have beaten some of the other high mid tiers.
Next could you do android 21 good or evil 21 after absorbing cell. I can see them making a deal that if she helps they will wish her hunger away and give her a time machine so she could start over and do as she please. Good 21 she could just have her hunger wished away before the tournament or bulma makes a cure, it takes the hunger away
Maybe good 21 is on universe 7 and the bad champa go with him, and she gets offered the God of destruction position and she can eat anyone on the planet's her or champa destroyed

Also they blackballed my man tien the only one on the team to not get a significant power boost but krillin was out here facing ssb goku the power scaling is way too ridiculous. Also maybe they would potentially give pikkon and piccolo the potara earrings to fuse during the tourtament which would be very intersting to me because when goku fought him in other world he compaired pikkon to piccolo

When the anime showed Pikkon getting his hit in on Cell, it looked like he was using a technique similar to Kaioken. So could have been at a base level similar to Goku at full power SSJ, but able to amp up his power in bursts.

Lemme put this out here because I wasn’t aware this was even discussed, pikkon isn’t a minor character most Gt characters would become cannon before him due to popularity, he’s only done 2 things best cell and frieza and get fucked up by janemba in 30 seconds for goku and vegeta to fuse that’s it, when we last saw him he’s mid ssj2 level and was slapped silly by kid buu. The fact people compare him to roshi who clowned jiren, gohan who fought kefla and the Z fighters who all individual are ssj3 krillin low god level is insane, yea he’d get a power boost to maybe low god level but he’s not as noticeable or popular as them. Anything he offers they offer and more he doesn’t off a brilliant mind or unfathomable strength the androids offered that in their debut and thus got a spot they deserved. Most of the team minus tien is brilliant and really powerful like pikkon over tien ok, over krillin ok, 18 mmm idk everyone after them fuck no. Stop gas lighting a mediocre character. if android 17 wasn't in the tournament, and you had to make a video about what if he was, what would that rating be? who would you replace, would his power even surpass krillens if not for his no-explanation boosts for the tournament?
Pikkon in the ToP would've been super helpful. His level would be on par with a character like Hit. Time passes differently in otherworld, so like the time chamber, Pikkon had and has been constantly training for thousands of years. So from last we saw that he owned perfect cell, stands to reason that somewhere around Hit seems proper to me.
They would've put him around Mystic Gohan's level. Might not make a lot of sense, but that's the sheer amount of upscaling they gave the entire roster added onto a natural offscreen progression of a side character. He likely would've hung on until around when Gohan was eliminated, or a bit earlier. They might have had him taking Gohan's place as the one who takes Dyspo with him, while Gohan would go on to maybe take a hit for one of the remainder of the roster later on. That, or the whole way the ToP played out would change drastically, since Pikkon really only ever interacted with Goku and barely with Frieza before this, it would make sense that his path would vary greatly from whomever he replaced, as he likely wouldn't have stuck with the crew at the start.
Without krillin 18 wouldn’t have been motivated. I wanted to remove him too but I thought of that. So my vote is tien

Pikkon appeared super briefly in buu saga i believe, so he might be cannon. Otherworld fighters were trying to fend off Buu in Otherworld.

I've been thinking about this one for a while now, but what if Gotinks had been allowed to replace Buu in the TOP? Grand Zeno allowed them to do it but only on the condition that Goten and Trunks will be immediately disqualified if the fusion wore off before the end of the tournament as that would give Universe 7 11 fighters. How well would Gotinks do if we can assume that the fusion last for the whole tournament?
Terribly, trunks and goten are so much weaker than everyone else now that even gotenks isn't worth using.
I'd compare Pikkon's lvl more to 17's if he trained as much as he did including with Grand Kai and was revived for the Tournament of Power.

To be fair, if Cell couldn't regen, Goku with his instant transmission kamehameha would have won him the cell games. So Goku is actually very strong and it ended up him giving up against cell while there isnt an official conclusion.
He has yet to appear in DBS. DBN considered Krillin is the weak link to the team and rightfully so, then both Tienshahan & Roshi are both replaceable in term of power. I would rather have Pikkon replace Frieza not only he is already evil, but he also deceitful and not trust worthy as well in term of team work. Frieza still turn on Goku during the recruiting before the tournament, trying to negotiate with other universes to be apart of their teams competitors instead, and also doing his own thing in the tournament mostly observing and attempted to betray Universe 7. Then he finally decided to join in and help to fight realizing he couldn't gets any benefits for himself. If he was that last warrior standing in that ring instead of Android 17 to obtain his right for the Super Dragon Ball, I think his wish is to dethrone both Omni Kings Grand Zeno for him to sit up there rather than reviving all the erased universes. If they bring back Pikkon, I'm sure his power level has improve compare to the last encounter in DBZ, and the same for Cell and Dabura-I would mostly preferred over Frieza.

If you take out krillin your a bad strategist he is made stronger by his ability to work with 18 plus a potential rage boost if he's fatally injured so removing him makes much less sense than Tien

Cell was in his base form against Pikkon, not SSJ 2 like the Gohan fight or even SSJ like the Goku fight.
This man actually said pikkon is as strong as majin vegeta loool. Pikkon knocked out cell who most likely was suppressed as usual (remember cell was cocky because he knew was stronger than goku and even goku himself seemed nervous to fight cell again. ) cell also wasn't even focusing on him when he charged at base goku and pikkon basically sucker punched him and stunned him. But somehow pikkon is stronger than majin vegeta or gohan after sword training .
Pikkon was also briefly in the kid buu saga he was seen patting kid buu on the head and made to look like a joke so yamcha and krillin know who pikkon is as well cause they were there
It was kinda dumb making the entirety of the team the Z-Fighters when there are a countless universe of fighters especially in otherworld like...this would've been a chance to make Pikkon canon and imagine if he met Hit and Broly was on the team and he met Kale, this is my universe 7 Team

I mean with training with Kai’s and the strongest warriors that are dead in the after life plus if he had them in dragon ball unlock his true potential. Plus if there really wanted to, have him train in the time chamber. I would say he would be the third strongest if he took Frieza’s spot. Would a better teammate with skills like Toshiba and the power level of gohan.

I think Pikkon would've been on Hit's level but at the disadvantage since he can't time skip.
I would say Pikkon would be on Hit's level. The two are sorta like two sides of the same coin with many aspects between the two being parallel yet opposite from their personalities to their fighting styles and techniques. Pikkon's wide ranging and AOE attacks are perfectly suited for disposing the weaker adversaries in one go.

The OtherWorld Tournament Arc took place two years into the seven year time skip after the Cell Games. So it is not unbelieveable that Goku woukd be stronger since then. This is stated by the narrator himself.
Pikkon and piccolo are probably around the same power. So I wouldn’t be a bad move.

Now that you mention it... Frieza blew up the Earth, and everybody in it - and Goku saw it happen... he was one of the very few people who could remember it. He knew Pikkon - and that he was a good guy and a strong fighter, but the first guy he thinks to bring back is Frieza?! WTF Goku?
