- Let's discuss this dragon ball mystery. How did Pikkon die? Who Killed Pikkon? How strong is Pikkon? How did Pikkon get so strong? Did Broly Kill Pikkon? Did Bojack Kill Pikkon? Can a dragon ball theory explain how Pikkon died? In a Dragon Ball theory, there has often been a huge question as to what goes on with dragon ball characters in an anime theory. But should Pikkon be canon with his storyline? Detective Q discusses this anime and manga theory and solves the mystery of Pikkon today!

Also with those making fun of fighters still alive for some reason if they visit the Otherworld like when Kid Buu did? I guess because not as experienced? Speaking of which, was that line of training on King Kai's Planet equal to thousands of years on earth a throw away line? Because if not it, it would make a lot more sense as to why Goku would spend his time training there rather than on Earth in say like another gravity chamber.

One thing that's really interesting about Pikkon is exactly when he died. For all we know he could have been killed by Majin Buu eons ago (Before Majin Buu was trapped for a time thanks to the Supreme Kai killing Bibidi). He could possibly be a really ancient warrior. I know he's a non canon character but damn he's one of the most interesting additions to the series.

Pikkon had some pretty cool moves. That hyper tornado was dope.
Pikkon could have potentially did what Vegeta had done... he could have sacrificed himself in order to defeat someone who was too strong for him(and succeeded) hence why he got to keep his body. Pikkon gives off an evil look to me, he even sounds more like a villian than a hero character to me, and we all know the only reason Vegeta got to keep his body was because of his sacrifice against Majin Buu... so Vegeta wasn't exactly a good person who saved a lot of people which means Pikkon didn't necessarily have to have saved a lot of people
I thought that it was King Yemma's decision to let Vegeta keep his body because it was a back up plan in case things with Buu got out of hand. I didn't think it was necessarily the fact that him sacrificing himself was why he got to keep his body.
Luykis Wamhoff I think it's deeper than that because before you get to see King Yemma you're either a ghost or in physical form aren't you? So that's before King Yemma even gets to see you... Also Cell got to keep his body "for some reason"

I feel like Freeza would have had some trouble against Pikkon but i could see it being a possibility. I could definitely see Buu killing him but Beerus... not so much, he wouldn't see Pikkon as a threat or strong enough to be worth fighting (Unless Pikkon was just collateral damage from Beerus destroying a planet)

I think it's a likely possibility that Beerus is the one who killed him. Pikkon probably tried to stop Beerus from destroying a planet one day but ultimately lost and got killed, but not with the Hakai. Even though Beerus killed him, the Kais might have felt moved by his actions of trying to stand up to Beerus even though he knew he couldn't win, and so they decided to let him keep his body.

Actually... biology. Just like Saiyans, Earthlings and Namekians - most of the races in the universe cannot survive in vacuum of space regardless of their power level. Of course we have no information whether he was like Freeza or not, but considering the feat of surviving in space is a vary rare trait we can safely include this possibility. It could've been like with Namek, only Paikuhan didn't get to any ship and blew up with the planet after defeating some threat on a galactic scale that made the West Kaio let him keep his body...

Pikkon doesn't need to know the concept of SSJ even if he died to Brolly.
If Pikkon died to Brolly, he probably met him in one of his rage moments, which means that Brolly was LSSJ to begin with. For Pikkon it was just some blonde dude on a rampage.

What about buu? There is no direct link between the two, but I do know that when bobbidy made buu, they terrorized the Galaxy and only bobbidy himself could trap boo. What if evil kid boo (before absorbing the supreme Kai) traveled to Pikkons planet and they both had a massive fight? It would easily explain his death, and buu would have been sealed up anyways as to not be seen later until dbz. This also explains the massive time gap and why Pikkon knew how powerful enemies could get, therefore training to the point where he could easily defeat cell and Freeza!

I always thought Pikkon was killed by Frieza because Frieza heard of Pikkons growth in power and killed him before he could surpass him.

I think there is a chance that the fluid on the planet where Vegeta, Goten, Trunks and Monaka landed at (Dragon Ball Super) could have been the downfall of Pikkon as the person who gaurded the fluid did say many people had died by it in earlier times, as it engulfed the persons power, leaving them fighting themselves, and fighting other people of the fluid plague

I always thought it would be hilarious if he was fodder, Dragon Ball tier and just was dead for a long time and trained to become OP. Is it too hard to believe? Most of the main heroes were fodder at one point and we meet a guy who was dead for an indeterminate time and we assume that he was always strong?

my guess is that pikkon died when buu went on his original rampage and destroyed a ton of planets. It's the only large scale event we have specific knowledge of through canon.

I would liked to have seen Goku and Pikkon fight Broly after he was killed in Bio Broly. That way he'd be back to normal and not a bio-monster plus, we'd see more fighting from Pikkon and ssj3 Goku.

Detective Q . You should do a video on where are the fighters from pikkons quadrant and why aren't they in the universal tournament arc. I think imo that they should have been there and pikkon should've been a top fighter or at least surpassed his current form.
I hope Pikkon can make a comeback if he's not actually dead. I remember Goku saying something like, "You'd like my friend Piccolo" to him after feeling his weighted clothes before they fought.
I would theorize that he was either killed by Buu many years ago in a galaxy far far away.. Or, he wasn't that strong when he died but trained for many years(eons maybe) in the after life.

I think frieza might be the one who kill him. Remember, frieza destroyed many planets a longggg time ago. So he must've destroyed pikkon's planet, and maybe pikkon died trying to protecting his planet, similar to bardock.

The Most Likely Causes Of Death From Most Likely To Least Likely
1. Vegetas Final Flash.
Its Been Stated That If Cell Didnt Dodge The Attack It Would Have Killed Him, And If We Use Statements From Super It Might Even Outclass An Angry Full Power Ssj2 Gohan.
2. Bojack.
Considering How Both Are Filler/Noncannon, How Long Ago Bojack Was Sealed, And The Fact That Pikkon May Have Not Always Been This Strong, Bojack May Have Been Involved.
3. Beerus.
This Would Be A Newer Answer Which Is Why Its Lower Than Bojacks, This Would Also Make Pikkon Over 50 Earth Years Old.
It Couldn't Have Been Moro Or Buu As That Would Mean He Would Have Meet A Saiyan Due To Their Civil War Between *Good* And *Evil*
In all honesty, I think Pikkon could have just died of natural causes long, long before Goku or any of his main villains (including Freeza) even existed, but that doesn't explain why he keeps his body.
Instead, I think there was a big baddy, possibly a Frost Demon or hell, maybe even Buu, that threatened his planet, so he defended his people, but they all died in the blast that destroyed his home world. This would be the thing that allowed him to keep his body. He then gets to meet the Kai of his galaxy, trains with him a bit, then disappears.
Pikkon disappears so he can begin training because the Kai explains that if a major threat comes to his galaxy again, maybe even the same one that killed his whole race, so he trains on his own from the point where he completed his training with the Kai to the point where he meets Goku.
Of course this means Pikkon has been training for millions of years, but it makes sense. An extinct species from millions of years ago in the DB universe would be on par with other species of the time, so Pikkon would have been strong for when he was alive, but by todays standards he's fairly weak, maybe Raditz levels or Saiyan Saga levels.
Strong enough to be warranted the "strongest in the Galaxy", but also weak enough (including his genes, since Saiyans can get much stronger and surpass humans despite yeas of intense training) to need millions of years to close the gap.
Of course, sadly, this means that Pikkon needs another million or so years (or maybe not, he could have found a training regimen that gets him stronger than whatever he's been doing in the past million or so years) to close the gap between him in the Other World Tournament and SSJB.

What about that one time Goku did a kaioken while SSj and it was never used again until super in which he said he couldn't use it. Or the fact that you never hear from Grand Kai again.

Most likely he died fighting a villain of the West. A villain who, is obviously dead, as he never became a big enough threat for the Z fighters to get involved

The North, South, East and West Kai' are meant to divide the power between each other. That's why Supreme Kai exists so the power hierarchy exists in the DBU
He could be a mutant Namekian or one of the species of Namekian that flead the world during the great cataclysm.

1st: He got killed by freeza or one of his ancestors
2nd: Pikkon is the same race as hit, thats why he is so strong now after all that years

Even though he did not exist yet when Pikkon was introduced we can always pin it on a hissy fit from Darth Fluffy. ERR Beerus The Destroyer Then there are major creeps such as king cold, Bibidi and babadi. Maybe while searching the universe for BUU's resting spot/prison he got in badadis way.

Cooler could have killed him, I mean we don't know what Pikkon's power range was when he died and since we are going on the idea that he has been in the otherworld for quite a while, it would reason on the possibility that he could have been killed by a frost demon since they have such great life spans

Sif 90 I don't think that's relevant really. Buu went through Kid/Bulk Kid/Fat stages before being sealed. Pikkon could've been killed by any three versions and the one he saw wasn't the same form.
Even then, with as filler as filler could be, Pikkon probably just wasn't written or considered to have any relevance to the overall Kid Buu confrontation.
Wasn't goku going to die in the Android saga due to a heart disease until trunks gave him medicine.

The otherworld tournament happened right after the cell games. Also the broly movie happened right around the time of the cell games too because trunks had long hair after training in the hyperbolic Time chamber.
Both of these event took place with a few weeks of each other.
The only canon character who I could think of who could be powerful enough to kill him would be hit, as you may recall in that he is 1000 years old, which he could of done within those years, not only that, but someone would of wanted him dead, which could lead to more theories
In my head canon, Pikkon died challenging Beerus to a fight and asked that Beerus destroyed him instead of his planet. Or maybe Supreme Kai knew him.
