What do I do when the casters are hitting the front wheels as I’m going forward. Not allowing the casters to hit the ground and also causing the lawnmower to lunch forward once I turn because it is catching on the casters.
Great video! I just purchased a 320R from my local dealer. It arrives in a few days. I had to pay for the PDI. Should this deck leveling be included in the PDI? If not shouldn't the dealer have the deck adjusted like in your video before taking delivery? Thank you!
The deck level gauge is definitely something you want to get. It makes it so much easier. They are usually pretty easy to find at your local hardware store or you can definitely find one on amazon for cheap.
Great video, but you might want to let people know which way to turn the nuts for raising and lowering the deck.

You can use the app but I don't think there is a smart connector for it.
