if you need single target destruction who specializes in tearing up high def units, ceobe is your go-to. her s2 is good enough to where you can even have her defend a single lane with her skill up on mob units, provided that there isn't as many. still don't have eyja lol
Eyja is a single target burst Caster While Ceobe is a self buffing single target DPS caster... Therefore I conclude that I use both of them in the same team cuz I love the caster class
did a 10 pull on ceobe and surtr banner, got a Rosa.... I did get carnelian later but I do find it funny how I got a defense piercing op on an arts damage banner.

Tbh, as the meta goes on, Eyja is pretty much a faux AoE caster because of S2 and S3 compared to Kay, because Kay is a jack-of-all-trades ST caster that focuses on 1 enemy only on all of her skills At this point, you can't convince me if I say that comparing Kay and Eyja together is like comparing an ST and an AoE caster

Then this is where it got funny, i used ONE ticket pull on Ceobe and Surtr and got Eyja. Now I have 2 damn good single caster. God just took a pity on me lol XD
Tbh I did all the main stages with Amiya & Steward as my main ST casters (I never got ceobe or the goat hahahaha- ;-;) so you don't NEED need her. Would make your life a lot easier if you do have get tho, your irl sanity will thank you for it.

One great thing about her is how flexible her skills are. Each of them is good at something, and even though her S2 is probably the most commonly used because it benefits the most of her talent, both S1 and S3 definitely have their uses.

S1M3 for lazy strategies since it's an auto skill S2M3 for melting tanky enemies I haven't used S3 a lot, admittedly, but that demo showing Ceobe taking down Mephisto looks promising.

Ceobe is technically the best Single Target Caster since she focuses on hitting only 1 enemy at a time unlike Eyja who is a literal goat volcano

if you're still using vulcan-ceobe-vermeil as a factory worker, replace vermeil with bubble and you'll get slightly better efficiency.

More like replace ceobe with bubble. Bubble increases the capacity by 10 whereas Ceobe does so by 8.

GG first for sure. GG is very useful in IS3 and that global skill is pretty darn good.
