ceobe is just so lovable. The name of her skills and module are just so simple minded lol. As for Rosa, I honestly keep forgeting how much Def she can ignore and should use her more. I E2'd her super fast once I learned about her backstory.
I really dislike the RES spiral we're going down. Enemies gain more RES, so operators get RES ignore, so enemies gain even more RES. The only difference is that we're being sucked dry of mats.
Rosa's s3 improvement is certainly nice, but I can't wait to see how much better her s2 also becomes if she gets extra hits of 60% of that (already monstrous baseline) doubled attack.
and then there are people like me who got her as one of their very first 6 stars about a year back and thinking bad/niche?! loved to use her together with schwarz in my main team always directly behind the nearl sisters to pick of what they block looks like the new modules will defenitely make even more fun - time to start saving some materials I would like to say if I didnt stop building new stuff to finish all the half build operator I leveled up a bit here and there mfg Olli

Yeah Rosa pretty good just her range alone is great since you can attack enemies way before they start moving which are usually heavy
Rosa module was seen more on heavy enemies. For light enemies, her module damage doesnt differ much.
