I really dislike the RES spiral we're going down. Enemies gain more RES, so operators get RES ignore, so enemies gain even more RES. The only difference is that we're being sucked dry of mats.
Recently there was Fiametta/Exusiai banner Rolled on it, got Rosa... Actually came in handy in dossoles rerun later, as she targeted specifically the Dockworkers and Motorboats.

I hope there's any use for ceobe s3 when her second module comes out. i put two whole masteries on it for some reason I cannot remmeber and i fear it'd become idiocy that drives me mad if it doesn't. in the meantime, I'll put mastery on s2 for speed knife tricks, as she likes to do

Rosa's s3 improvement is certainly nice, but I can't wait to see how much better her s2 also becomes if she gets extra hits of 60% of that (already monstrous baseline) doubled attack.

Yeah Rosa pretty good just her range alone is great since you can attack enemies way before they start moving which are usually heavy
Rosa module was seen more on heavy enemies. For light enemies, her module damage doesnt differ much.

to give a example how good rosa module is she can kill patriot and all his shield gaurds in 2 cycles of her s2 with no buffs
