you can still get ch'en on any carnival/global anniversary banner but she'll just have the same chance as any other non limited op to spook you instead of having the rateup boost thing, eyja will have that rateup boost on next years carnival banner (carnival banners are the ones that run in January/February)

The only limited operator I'm missing is Skadi alter. It was probably my worst banner, because I only got Kaltsits. Eyja alts banner was really lucky for me I did around 60 pulls and got 2 Eyja alts and Swire alt, plus a random dupe Penance.... I want Degenbrecher next
5 swire the useless, zero eyja and two blemishine after 258 pulls i got toyed with by this banner, which means i dont get to pull for anyone but dregenbrecher, and candle knight, to try and guarantee a spark for next anniversary, since i failed to pull anyone who wasnt redundant
Ooh how long have you been playing? I wanna be able to save for a while like this too but I just picked up an abandoned account a few years ago and I feel like I'll need to pull more meta characters to clear content comfortably first before I start saving

Apparently I heard this is the last time you can get her character as she won’t appear in any limited banners in the future except re-run events.

Was thinking I would have to drop tons of money to spark Chalter but managed to get her in 70 pulls, congrats fellow Chalter hunter.

well, thats default for gachas, they dont give what you want; i wanted just 1 eyja and 1 chalter and thats it, offbanners were more preferable too
