I would say Merry Christmas but you maybe Jewish. I enjoy your energy and dedication to teaching guitar to guys retired like me. I hope and pray my God of Israel will bless you and your family with merry holidays and more encouragement to keep the good work of teaching people the way The God of Israel loves ! Guitar and when you sit down practicing your chords you will hear the words rhyme to those chords and then the notes and played one by one to sing the song with the sound of the strings and it’s perfect the joyful noise is perfect and the Worship to the Almighty begins and the Glory of the only Living God falls down on you and you are filled with Jehovah Spirit overflowing and the tongues begins to speak the prayers needed to be said by GODS SPIRIT FLOWING THROUGH YOU IN JESUS OF NAZARETH NAME I PRAY HAPPEN TO YOU LAUREN BATEMAN I PRAY AMEN 🙏
Have watched a few tutorials on this song like your one best.Hardest part for me was getting the lyrics in time when it goes into the chorus bit clearer now. Thank you Lauren.
Hey Lauren, thanks very much for this accoustic lesson of a very beautiful song..you teach it very clearly(important to me as Iam am.oldie😂)so ill check out the rest of you video's.thanks from rhe Netherlands
Great video. How right you are! Dynamics are so important for us solo artists like you & me. Otherwise all our songs would be boring wouldn't they. Lauren, may I wish you a Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year & thank you for posting your excellent videos.
That was wonderful. I've heard many interviews with Lindsey and he often states he wings it. He never uses a pick and goes with what sounds good. I do find that a bit hard to believe that he knows nothing about music theory but who knows.
Landslide has been in my bookmarks for a few years. I strum it. Finger picking might always evade me. The only song I hit strings too far apart to pick, only one I do the wrap around with my thumb to hit G note on low E string: Sublime What I Got. You're a family channel and the original artist hated washing lyrics. Beautiful song, just don't hit A string or high E string for chorus or verses, you'll get complements. Even if you play it differently than Brad's recordings. It's my favorite song and I don't even smoke. It's the poetic guitar and ironic depth in the lyrics.

Same to you!
I'm jealous of how easily you grab that Bm. I'm almost there though! Great video.
Many years of practice.
Thank you Lauren for sharing this. Some of song these just cry out for a 12 string. Suspended chords sound awesome on a 12er.
Yes. I don't have a 12 string guitar. Maybe next Christmas.

You’re welcome
Just a quick FYI: you’ve got a photo with, I believe, Peter Green as the guitarist. This song is Lindsey Buckingham’s. Thanks for your lessons!
My editor threw it in. Didn't notice. Thanks for letting us know.
Great song and lesson! I'll master those #$%&! barre chords yet! 😆
🤣🤣🤣

Yep, he doesn’t use a pick. Love his style of playing.
It’s recorded with a 12 string as well, if you capo the 5th fret it sounds closer to that 12 string sound
Yes, so many parts on this song.
@@LaurenBateman true one of my all time fav albums. Rumors is the best! You should do some Boston next time you do something new
This is Fleetwood Mac. There's a lot of guitars, a lot of improvisation, a lot of heartbreak, disfunction and chaos. 😃
100%!
