Owner, Jennifer Carter has been a "maker" of textiles since childhood. Her mother taught her to sew when she was only 6 years old. While raising her family, sewing was just a hobby; making bags and costumes with an occasional new set of curtains. As the children grew older, she began to quilt with her mother and quickly caught the bug! Busy Lady Quilt Shop opened the doors for business in September 2011 and it has steadily grown into a staple of the community.
