There is plenty of packaging to make chest seals if need be, and each package of hyfin chest seals comes with a little gauze and a plastic sheet to use for the exit wound. So in other words a 2 pack of chest seals could actually take care of 2 separate entry/exit wounds with a vent on each, its definitely easier to have them at the ready than to fashion them thats for sure.

No chest seals? I personally would add more 4x4s and 5x9s, just in case there is heavy bleeding and you can't rapidly get a compress dressing going.
