Mgbe Ifeanyi you can remove that pfc circuit. the power board can run normally without it.

if the power mosfet is shorted and the fuse was blown, just remove the shorted mosfet and replace the fuse. switchmode power supplies within the power board can operate from 100 volts up to 400 volts dc. so disabling the pfc won't affect the smps performance
