@@nikitamcconnell8027 well you have to understand to some degree tho dude, the majority of the songs they played they wrote when they were in their 20s and late teens, they're all collectively in their early 60s. They arent gonna play at the studio version from the 80s. Im suprised they still even can play these songs

Truly an amazing band..as biased as most of us die hards are, nobody can deny the agelessness of the Tallica boys- they're not playing show tunes or ballads yet coming up on 60 yrs old and they still can play METAL! I'm only 47 and I KNOW I couldn't go up there and kick ass like this for 90 mins to 2 hours! Metallica is something special, many of us who have known that forever and it's great to see that number growing- TALLICA gives you heavy baby! 🤘🤘💪💪
@@gritsteel4559 Good point! 👍 They are the ultimate road dogs, I think truly what keeps them going is the legions of fans who still show up night after night show after show- yes money drives them, they're human, but they've already made multi-generational fortune so it's more than that- no matter what state, city, country or continent they play in, you can count on a crowd that ranges from 12 years old to 70, a crowd that feeds them the energy they need and the energy they give back is why we keep going to see them play- I'm so glad my 3 sons and my wife are fans too, it's a family thing now!
@@keithfloydjr4014 I saw them about a month ago in Pittsburgh. They shut the whole city down! You couldn't drive anywhere, took hours to leave. Any city they come too its on lockdown till it's over. Best show I ever saw

This song was originally written by Leicester band Bitzskrieg in 1980 by Ian Jones and Jim Sorretto. I was there sound engineer and pyro tech I have the original 4 track demo tapes I still can’t find out how Matellica got hold of it
Kirk is getting in a lot of extra practice these days. His own solo album & gigs with Rob & The Wedding Band. And Lars working with Myles, he must be feeling more inspired. On top of that--good old fashioned competition. It's obvious they've upped the musicianship. 👊🤘
