Somehow this band slipped under my radar in the late 90’s/2000’s but now I’m in love with every single album it’s so great they have a TON of songs and almost no bad ones.
You know why people love TBR? It's quite simple, no nonsense music which you can easily sing along, brought by 4 people who love playing this music. They "r very friendly guys (they had dinner in my place) and if they give a show: they would give their live to give you the best evening of the year. There are not much band doing that.
In the comments of almost all of their videos, theres a bunch of hate. Not sure why. These guys remind me A LOT of the Ramones, just some solid tunes to dance to.
+Avery Springer Of course they reminds you The Ramones this song refer to "I Don't Wanna Go Down to the Basement" no to mention the 1.. 2.. 3.. 4 ! from Dee Dee
I pretty much just got into punk in the last 2 or 3 months. I been listening to the classics and these guys are on my list of favorite bands, I got bummed reading about Brandon... RIP.
one of my fave punk bands at the minute.i've been around the scene for over 30 years and believe me it takes a lot to catch my attention.love this band.sure it's been done before, but not this good.pop punks who aren't afraid to swear.love it.
Ah, okay. I'm definitely hearing it in their first album. Awesome stuff! Yeah, I learned about TBR through the The Lillingtons, so most of the songs I've heard from TBR already had Kody singing on them.
I know what you mean. I got this song to be played on Marky Ramones show on XM/Sirius but thats pretty much the only place it has a chance to be played. Sadly no one has heard of them. They are one of my favorites
I agree, plus what is wrong with melody and having a little fun. If all we had was Minor Threat than we'd all walk around pissed off all of the time. I like music that can speak not only to the anger and rage that comes with not fitting in, but also about the fun that comes with being an outsider who falls in love, hates working a shit job, and just wants to get the hell out of high school. That is why it is fun to have bands like Teenage Bottlerocket.

OMG, I love you guys. RIP Brandon. Never, ever, ever give up.
Ray and Cody's voices just complement each other so well.
Such a fun band. Reminds me of the good old days.

These guys worship the Ramones. They're both awesome bands!
love it
Teenage Bottlerockets are the best!!!
3 chords, endless possibilities !
Awesome Song.
my old club in Brighton was called the Basement - the steps in the vid look just the same - a nice homage to the Ramones classic.

This song is a tribute to The Ramones and others songs from TBR.

Agreed, simplicity is the foundation of punk rock... (And even then things can get complex if you are creative enough.)
those back up vocals at 1:26 are fucking superb.

I was also at the east side STL show and they were vicious
Ramones + NUFAN + Green Day = TBR, and this is obviously a good thing
cool song!
come to Portsmouth
Love these guys, just like The Lillingtons.
I liked how they did the 4 way split screen so it's not like the singer is the main guy and everyone else are backups.
Perfect video for a Perfect Pop Song.
Great Pop-Punk Band
This sounds like the new tune from the Lilingtons "Rubber Room" !!
good stuff

Kinda late but sorry to here about your bro. My brother plays drums too and I play guitar. Stay strong, Rock on bro.

They all look so young
These Guys Are The Shit....When You Playing In Dallas TX.
These are fuckin rad and they're really cool and nice! I got to hang out with them in spokane when they opened for NOFX.
Wow. These guys used to practice in my dad's record store in Laramie.
pop punk should sound like this .
Their first album sounds exactly like the Ramones, but that was before Kody was in the band. They developed some diversity in their sound after that.
Puta q tsao!!
Eh tao bom saber q o Punk rock nao morreu
e q ainda surge bandas de excelente qualidade como esta.
Greeeatttt!!!!!!!
cool song, greetings from Monterrey,MEXICO
fucking amazing
you're the best band around today and you know it
Reminds me more of Screeching Weasel or The Queers but yes they do.
@sodrunkimissedthshow yeah they were awesome
true enough
I never actually thought of that, but yeah they do sound a lot like a modern version of the Ramones. fuck yeah
great
If you like this
You would love The Huntingtons
And if you are feeling froggy - huntingtons live with Joey Ramone at the helm - game changer
I agree, plus what is wrong with melody and having a little fun. If all we had was Minor Threat than we'd all walk around pissed off all of the time.
