Most Welcome.It is the distance between two Reabar (saria)14#@150mm c/c Top mesh and Bottom mesh
The Depth of Footing concrete is 300 mm.
In words
14 mm dia of bar at 150 mm center to center both directions top and bottom.Thanks

The distance between each rebar depend upon the load and size of footing. There is no thumb rule. Centre to centre distance the dia of bar is calculated by structure enginee.
